Hostellerie d'Alsace sur Cernay

I stay at the Hostellerie d’Alsace in Cernay two nights a week for business trips, and it has become a place I particularly appreciate. It’s a 3-star hotel with simple but very clean and comfortable rooms, offering everything you need to rest well after a day of work. The overall atmosphere is friendly and calm, which is really pleasant for regular stays. The hotel’s strongest point is undoubtedly the welcome: the staff are always attentive, helpful, and very accommodating. You quickly feel recognized and welcome. I also greatly appreciate the flexibility and the fact that, whenever possible, I’m given a quiet room overlooking the parking lot. The restaurant is also a very pleasant surprise: the food is truly delicious, and the hotel’s reputation in the area is well-deserved. A great way to discover local cuisine! Special mention also goes to the wine list, with Yvan the sommelier often introducing me to some excellent bottles! The half-board package at €89 is, in my opinion, unbeatable value for money. Breakfast is rather simple, but more than enough to start the day right. The only minor point to note is the lack of air conditioning in the summer, but this is quite bearable thanks to the fans provided in the rooms. In short, excellent value for money, a friendly staff, and a place I enjoy returning to every week.

We celebrated my birthday at the Hostellerie, and I want to warmly thank Valérie, Ismaël, and the entire team for this exceptional experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the welcome, the service, the atmosphere… and of course, the quality of the food, which was outstanding as always. Four-day stay with breakfast included. The room is basic but clean. It's a bit chilly, the heating is barely lukewarm. Comfortable bedding. There's a bit of a wait in the shower for the hot water to arrive. As for breakfast, the selection is really limited for my taste, especially with a serious lack of savory options. The welcome is very pleasant and warm. The lady who checks in the morning is fantastic, helpful, and full of energy. Thank you for your work. I should mention that I slept there during the day, as I work nights, and there was no problem with outside noise; the room is quite well soundproofed.
