Hostellerie de la Chaumière sur Arsonval

We had the pleasure of discovering Hostellerie La Chaumière in Arsonval, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Everything was absolutely perfect: impeccable hygiene, spotless cleanliness, attentive and warm service, and a beautiful, peaceful setting. The owners are delightful and contribute greatly to this welcoming atmosphere. We also absolutely loved the Bamboche restaurant: the meal was delicious, and overall, every dish was a pure delight. Living in the area, this is definitely going to become one of our go-to restaurants. We will return with great pleasure and very often. A restaurant we recommend without hesitation.

As longtime guests of this hotel, we returned to take advantage of the Valentine's Day special and to meet the new owners. - The managers gave us a very warm and personalized welcome upon arrival. We were even offered a complimentary bottle of champagne. - The room and bathroom were impeccably clean. - In the restaurant, in the evening, the managers were in the dining room with the staff. They always had a pleasant smile and a friendly comment while serving and clearing our dishes. - The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. - Breakfast featured fresh, local, and appetizing products. - Finally, our four-legged friends weren't forgotten: they received some treats and a large bowl of water in their room. A lovely, family-run hotel located directly on the Champagne Route, with clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful views of the Aube River, and fantastic, freshly prepared food. They provide helpful tips for excursions and sights in the area. We would gladly return.

The rooms are pleasant, with no noise from neighbors or anything else. Breakfast is simple, complete, and efficient. The restaurant is also very pleasant, with excellent, high-quality dishes. It was a pleasure to arrive and be welcomed by the charming young hosts, who are helpful and innovative. They have revamped this comfortable hotel with beautifully designed touches , while retaining their excellent chef. We look forward to our next visit.

A fantastic place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and very well-equipped, and the surroundings are beautiful (plus you can see four lovely alpacas). The breakfast is very generous and the restaurant menu is excellent.
