Very beautiful old-fashioned restaurant, very friendly welcome, and very helpful staff. Impeccable and fast service, menu at €29.90, the dishes are very good and plentiful, very beautiful presentation. I recommend this restaurant, we will come back with great pleasure. Well done.

A real favorite for this restaurant with its authentic setting where you immediately feel at ease. The staff is attentive, always attentive and warm. The food is quality, each dish is a treat! We have been there several times and each visit is a success.
Special mention for the children's menu, which is as careful and tasty as that for adults, a rarity that deserves to be highlighted. I highly recommend +++ without hesitation!

Quite simply a very good meal.
A great formula with excellent value for money.
Our dogs were accepted and treated like a prince, it was very pleasant. Thanks for that.
Small downside, slight lack of dynamism in terms of service, arrived at 7:20 p.m., departure around 10 p.m., it's a bit long.
On the other hand, that won't stop us from coming back, I recommend this place.
2 person: Starter, main course, Dessert (menu), drinks + a glass of wine: €91

We checked this out on TripAdvisor before we drove to Provins. Around lunchtime, I consulted Google Maps to find we were only 40 metres away. You are unlikely to find this by chance as it is a short distance from the main street and rather further than the touristy ville medieval up.the hill.
The prix fixe menu for €29 was terrific value with a good choice and superb quality food. The staff were friendly and helpful and will speak English if you need it. This restaurant provides a top quality traditional French dining experience. We heartily recommend!

Déjeuner pris le 21 juin 2024. Très bon accueil dans un endroit impressionnant et rempli d'histoire. (plus vieille hostellerie de France 1270).
Alors oui c'est dans son jus, oui ça peut paraître vieillot et ça ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur mais c'est un lieu unique et vraiment à faire.
On y a très bine mangé. Tout était très bon et très bien cuisiné. Mention spécial pour la profiterole servie avec son chocolat chaud. Un délice. 😉
