17/05/2026: Today we celebrated here in your noble home. We were a couple accompanied by a young child. Our happiness was immense, for everything was perfect. The atmosphere was truly wonderful, the banquet sumptuous, the hippocras delicious, and the dancing joyful: everything was accomplished marvelously. You undoubtedly deserve a perfect score. I will certainly recommend this place to many people I know. Please accept our humblest thanks for this wonderful moment you gave us. 🏰🫅

11/05/2026: Absolutely exceptional! If there's one thing to do in Provins, it's this! The atmosphere is just amazing; we spent three hours laughing while eating incredibly well. Thank you again, it was an incredible experience!

10/06/2026: A wonderful welcome from the manager, who was smiling and very pleasant. Followed by a delicious and typically Savoyard meal. In short, a superb atmosphere and delicious food; I highly recommend it.

10/06/2026: Arriving in town at 9 pm on a Friday after our drive, we were looking for a good restaurant. This one said yes, no problem, without even mentioning whether the kitchen was closing or anything. Anyway, we had to rush to order. My partner ordered a starter and a main course, and after two main courses that were no longer available, I ordered by default. My partner grabbed the wine list and was scolded by the waitress. They told him to leave it and looked at the next table. Then he got his starter and asked the price of a wine. She arrogantly told him to wait and come back, saying he hadn't even finished before they brought the main courses. I asked them to give him time to finish. She came back, and he barely had time to finish his bite. She took the starter away and immediately brought the main courses. I asked her to send the dishes back to the kitchen because that wasn't acceptable. I asked to see the head chef, who told us the kitchen closed at 9:30 pm, even though they were still accepting tables. I refused. I asked for the bill, thankfully, because paying their prices for dishes in a fancy restaurant only to be served... This way, P preferred to go eat a kebab. If it's for a quick meal, I did this job for 16 years and I don't forgive mistakes like this. They should change jobs if they're afraid of finishing later than 10 pm on a Friday night in a tourist area, or they should refuse outright. But being a cash cow for €140 in 30 minutes? No thanks. I don't recommend this place at all. Go across the street if you arrive earlier, or to the square a little further down, or even walk to the top of town; you'll get better service.

26/05/2026: The restaurant's setting is really cute, and given all the positive reviews, I was expecting a great time. Unfortunately, the food was a real disappointment. The beef ribs were way overcooked and desperately lacked marinade. As for the mashed potatoes, they were a real shame: they seemed to have been made with tap water that tasted awful, completely ruining the side dish. It's a real pity because the potential is there, but the food fell far short of my expectations that day. Nothing tasted homemade.

21/04/2026: The appetizers arrive at the same time as the main course... The €22 burger is even sadder than a basic McDonald's cheeseburger, which says it all. It bears no resemblance to the enticing picture on the menu. In short, avoid at all costs.

19/04/2026: A wonderful evening in excellent company with our Viking service, which was very pleasant, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. Thank you, aka the family.

30/05/2026: To celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, we booked a table at this restaurant. We weren't disappointed. Very good service. The food was excellent from start to finish.
