26/03/2024: Fairly affordable menu but for nothing more than dishes. The salmon tartare was OK but no sauce or marinade. The cheese treat comes purely from mass distribution. Very compact, the cheese is obviously not melty or has any character. Concerning the dishes, the butcher's pieces were really small. Well cooked but not the best pieces presented. Around the table, my friend took the entrecôte. Cooking was not successful. It was way too blue. Finally, desserts have both pluses and minuses. The crème caramel was really successful and was very popular. On the other hand, the French toast was ultra sweet and the lemon meringue tart was nothing special. This restaurant is not bistronomic but the food is not bad, it is just ordinary.

30/03/2024: Small restaurant...yes...small menu...yes...just perfect because the atmosphere is very warm, the dishes are homemade and everything means that we have a very, very good time at Mamie's. If we go through Provins again, we will definitely come back
