05/02/2026: What a warm welcome and what a lovely meal! This place is friendly and welcoming. The manager is lovely and attentive, and the meal is generous, very affordable, and delicious. All made with local products... from Haute-Savoie.
I'll definitely be back! ☺️

17/05/2026: Today we celebrated here in your noble home.
We were a couple accompanied by a young child.
Our happiness was immense, for everything was perfect.
The atmosphere was truly wonderful, the banquet sumptuous, the hippocras delicious, and the dancing joyful: everything was accomplished marvelously. You undoubtedly deserve a perfect score.
I will certainly recommend this place to many people I know.

21/04/2026: The appetizers arrive at the same time as the main course... The €22 burger is even sadder than a basic McDonald's cheeseburger, which says it all. It bears no resemblance to the enticing picture on the menu.
In short, avoid at all costs.
19/04/2026: A wonderful evening in excellent company with our Viking service, which was very pleasant, friendly, and had a great sense of humor.

10/05/2026: A good wine bar serving quality food at reasonable prices. The service was a bit haphazard: the staff lacked knowledge of the dishes and especially the wines of the day. Fortunately, the owner arrived with some interesting suggestions and a very good knowledge of his wines.

09/05/2026: It's a shame; the mayor of Provins had recommended this place to us. It would be good if the opening hours were changed. It says the restaurant is open until 1 a.m. As the author, I was coming from a book signing in Provins, and I arrived with a friend at 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday night, and they were no longer serving. Or rather, they refused to serve us.

The only slight drawback: the burrata was only a half portion and its texture was a bit too firm and not soft enough, which is a shame for a burrata…
04/04/2026: Way too much salt in the quiche.
Way too much sugar in the pastry, to the point of being sickening.
The flan was okay.
So disappointing compared to what it was supposed to be!

17/05/2026: Bland food, zero atmosphere, faulty payment system that printed an "abandoned" receipt even though my account had been debited. I had to call the police to leave the restaurant unharmed because the entire staff held me hostage. The cook yelled at me and pushed me, claiming I hadn't paid, despite the obvious evidence that the bill had been settled. Tourists beware!
02/04/2026: We've eaten at Daikichi Sushi several times and it's always been absolutely delicious.
The portions are very generous and incredibly flavorful.
I highly recommend the Salmon Roll, which is excellent.

What a disappointment regarding the dirty and outdated room. The reception was fine, the massage was fine, and dinner and service were fine.
But the room was a disaster.
The photos speak for themselves...
21/05/2026: We've stayed at this hotel before and have always been delighted. However, our last stay was a real disappointment. The room was nowhere near what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel: mold and dust around the window, faded paint, and stains on the floor. On the other hand, the staff were excellent, as were the restaurant and service. And a big thank you to the masseuse who was perfect.
