15/09/2026: What a delightful surprise Sunday lunch with friends and family at La Terrasse du Chatel was! There were 13 of us, and Nicolas managed to find us a table in a restaurant that was already quite full! A warm welcome, impeccable service, and excellent value for money for a touristy spot!

15/09/2026: They told us there were only tables outside when half the restaurant was empty. Then the food took forever, and they didn't even make the slightest effort to explain that I had to leave for an event.

21/10/2026: Frankly, it's becoming increasingly pathetic. A 35-minute wait when the restaurant is empty, their fries are already like cardboard and their sandwiches are poorly made. They should have a Burger King instead, it's better and cheaper. And for the umpteenth time, I spent 45 euros on Friday's meal deal and when I got home, the meat was missing from the sandwich. This has happened twice now, so I'm wondering if they're doing it on purpose or if they're really hiring incompetent people. You need to train your staff a little better because this is becoming pathetic.

03/10/2026: I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option. I came this evening, October 3rd, 2026, to eat McDonald's, and was unfortunately very disappointed. A sick employee was checking bags and preparing orders without a mask; I had to intervene to get him to put one on. I find this unacceptable; we don't even know if he has COVID. I think they need to review their hygiene procedures. It took over 30 minutes to get my takeout order. It arrived, I checked, and it was incomplete. I complained because customers who arrived after me were served, and an employee made comments about how I shouldn't speak like that. Sorry, but the customer is always right. I got home with my order, and everything was cold. The drinks (Fanda, Coke, etc.) were flat. I think there's a problem with the machines. The McDonald's in Nogent-sur-Seine just opened, and it's managed by the Provins team. If it's run like Provins, I won't set foot in it. McDonald's has gone downhill; it's not what it used to be. I would like some kind of compensation. Customers, if you want my advice, don't go to the McDonald's in Provins.

16/08/2026: We had sushi with soup and salad for lunch, along with fresh juices and other delicious Japanese products. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. The space was large with comfortable tables. There was also a restroom.

17/05/2026: Bland food, zero atmosphere, faulty payment system that printed an "abandoned" receipt even though my account had been debited. I had to call the police to leave the restaurant unharmed because the entire staff held me hostage. The cook yelled at me and pushed me, claiming I hadn't paid, despite the obvious evidence that the bill had been settled. Tourists beware!
