Comfortable hotel, with a magnificent park bordering the ancient Alet abbey. The Aude passes nearby and with a gentle, relaxing sound. The food is plentiful and delicious. The managers are welcoming and friendly.

Comfortable hotel full of charm in this historic place of Alet les Bains, on the banks of the Aude. Very good restaurant with quality dishes and wines. complete relaxation. Very friendly service from Mrs. Yolande LIMOUZI.

un bel endroit au charme un peu désuet... mais une belle cuisine préparée dans la tradition.... Osez le Cassoulet même le soir, c'est un délice.. avec un Fitou savoureux. La patronne est une personne délicieuse toute dévouée à son métier...

un très bel endroit avec un parc magnifique ,un accueil agréable et une cuisine respectable ,petit bémol surla tarte citron chocolat .la salle est un peu tristounette,et une carte des vins a des prix très raisonnables agréable soirée

We stopped for a drink in the shade of the gigantic trees, certainly a hundred years old, then we walked around the superb view overlooking the Aude. We paid 7€ for a lemonade and an orangina. Impeccable given the setting!

31/08/2024: Passed through Alet yesterday, lunch with friends. Charming place, unpretentious but very good and healthy cuisine and impeccable service. Too bad, too far from Perpignan to spend an evening there
29/08/2024: Very pleasant and relaxing place. The pool with the fish, the sound of the water, the greenery.... We find calm and tranquility there. The tables are spaced apart to preserve everyone's privacy and this is very appreciated. The cuisine is simple and excellent, the products and wines are local. Everything is cooked in front of you on the braziers. The staff is warm Every time I have a great time there. Whether as a couple, with family or friends, it's very friendly. I highly recommend this place 😉
