Hôstellerie De Saint-Alban Restaurant sur Nezignan-L'Eveque

We stayed here the night before setting off on the Canal du Midi. It was one of our favorite nights in France. The staff and owner were so kind and accommodating. The rooms and the setting were perfect. The breakfast and dinner were magnificent. This is a sleepy French village. I would highly recommend if looking for respite, good food, kind people, and beautiful scenery.

We stayed at the Hotel Saint-Alban for a wedding. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was varied and fresh, with a special mention for the bitter orange marmalade, which was delicious. The hotel staff were also very friendly. Thank you to Philippe for his restaurant recommendation in Sète; we thoroughly enjoyed it! We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

Was searching for a stop after Carcassone. They picked up the phone offered me a lower rate than online and stayed open late for dinner. The service was excellent, clean room, tasty food and a zen courtyard. Slept well and the birds are chirping on a beautiful morning. Reccomend to anyone looking for a boutique place to stay in the area. Didn’t have time for a dip in the pool. Breakfast looks delightful. See you next time!
