Good morning, Les Demeures de Varennes has many rooms. We managed to accommodate my entire family and my husband's family for the night of the wedding. The breakfast is very complete, the choice was good. I loved the scrambled eggs. The bridal room was cozy and decorated with rose petals on the bed. Marie Januario is very kind and very loving. Thank you for her professionalism, she guided us throughout. Thank you for the welcome gift, the honey produced from your own hives is delicious.

We spent a fabulous evening at the Residence de Varennes for our civil partnership. The whole team was very attentive and professional. We will come back with great pleasure!

Place under construction so it spoils the landscape a little and a lot of noise near the swimming pool. The pool needs a refresh and a little more cleaning - no shower available. However, I appreciated the very cool room during this hot period and also the breakfast which was excellent.

Not as good as 2 years ago. Reception staff welcoming but certainly “temporary”. Non-existent cleaning: dust on the floor, on the few pieces of furniture and sink and toilet not cleaned, towel with holes. They just make the bed, change the water bottle and the glasses. There is only 1 hook for 2 people to dry the towels and as a result they are always wet. I already reported this 2 years ago. The restaurant, common areas and stairs are not maintained. To top it off the person in the restaurant on our last evening “threw us out” because he was the only one serving. We spent 5 nights there at 240€ per night!!! Too bad this is the only quiet hotel in the area. The Mercure and Novotel are truly above! I will try one last time in 2025 to find out if all this mess is due to renovation work in the other part of the hotel or not...

Hotel with a lot of potential and very nice rooms. However, during our stay there was a wedding party so the bar and restaurant were unavailable. This was only communicated shortly before arrival. Restaurants were suggested that turned out to be closed. An expensive night for little service.
