Comfortable hotel, quality restaurant, professional and friendly staff

A very warm welcome, befitting the setting. Very affordable gourmet menus. A discovery of new flavors. A truly great chef. Top-notch presentation and service. Equivalent to a grand hotel restaurant in the luxury districts of Paris. A wonderful surprise to find this place in St. Galmier. And above all, the owner is incredibly involved in every aspect of the business – truly unheard of. As a resident of St. Galmier, I'm blown away. I highly recommend it! 👍😉

Excellent stay at the Hostellerie du Forez. The welcome was very warm, the staff kind and courteous, which immediately put us at ease upon arrival. Breakfast was perfect, nothing was missing, and the orange juice was truly freshly squeezed – a real treat first thing in the morning. The room was very clean and well soundproofed, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The evening meal was generous and delicious, perfect for ending a productive day of work. An address I highly recommend!

All the hotel's services are top-notch. Superbly located, refined decor, sophisticated and generous gourmet meals, varied breakfast, and impeccable service.
