Very friendly welcome even though we had not booked. The crackling fireplace was comforting given the rainy weather. The egg meurette, as a starter, was very tasty as were the Bray rillettes. We rediscovered the individual barbecue. An original experience. The meat was very good, whether it was filet mignon or beef. The trio of crème brûlée: rose, violet, lavender was very good.

In the beautiful village of Gerberoy, there is this little gem, an old medieval inn. The interior is rustic and elegant at the same time. In summer there is an outdoor garden. The menu is curated with local products. I advise.

Lovely cosy inn in the picturesque village of Gerberoy. Medieval BBQ is rustic and fun - just as you would expect. service and wine was correct.

A delicious lunch. Warm and professional service. The foie gras is exceptional, the small individual barbecue with meat or fish grilled over a calvados fire, a gourmet coffee.... Gourmet. An address to remember and return to

Very good, down-to-earth cuisine, reasonable prices. We enjoyed an excellent three-course meal with the mushroom tart, the "medieval barbecue" and the large selection of desserts. There was also a wonderfully fitting ambience and warm-hearted service. This inn fits perfectly into the wonderful town of Gerberoy.

07/11/2023: picturesque & whimsical restaurant in the heart of Gerberoy. the tarts were delicious and the desserts too. the owner was welcoming and chatted with us about the area. the 2 Brussels Griffons are the stars of the show. feels like a fairy tale!
