Hotaru sur Paris

So, it's the best Japanese, a real Japanese, with the chef who greets you when you arrive, the cuisine is a pure marvel, authentic, the products are fresh, a real discovery which I highly recommend. Be careful: you have to reserve because it is always full. Well done to the chef.

What a magnificent discovery! We were looking for a Japanese restaurant with authentic flavors and chose Bistrot Hotaru, which seemed perfect. What a joy discovering the dishes that were presented one after the other in front of us! The eggplants with miso, the light and crispy tempuras, the “des monks” tofu (incredible and unique) etc. Everything was as beautiful as it was tasty, a treat in every way. The boss was also very attentive to us. As lovers of Japanese cuisine, we had a great time. Of course, it is not for all budgets but the restaurant's customers are obviously, for the most part, connoisseurs or regulars and they all leave with a smile on their faces. Very friendly service, but a little long and very ordinary cuisine... This restaurant is relatively expensive for the dishes it offers.

Too bad, you can't taste everything on the menu... you'll have to come back! I had a great time in this restaurant. The flavors are there: it was delicious. The staff very kind and attentive. THANKS !
