16/04/2026: The real JP experience (lived 2 years in Tokyo, this feels the closest to it). Try the mackerel sushi. Insanely good
13/04/2026: A restaurant in the traditional Japanese style, the soba noodles were delicious, the sashimi was excellent and fresh, and the dessert (buckwheat monaka) was surprising and very pleasant. A bit pricey, but worth trying once you've had the homemade soba.
