Hotel de France Restaurant les Fuchsias sur Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue

I had an absolutely perfect stay at the Hotel Les Fuschias in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home thanks to the exceptionally warm and attentive welcome from the hosts. I loved the hotel's authentic charm, its refined and intimate atmosphere, and the peaceful rooms, which allowed for true relaxation. The excellent bedding contributed greatly to the quality of my stay. Breakfast was delicious, featuring excellent local products, and served in a beautifully decorated room. I was also struck by the beauty of the garden, a true haven of peace and serenity. The location is ideal, right next to the restaurants and shops of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, making it easy to get around on foot. I sincerely wish I could have stayed longer, as the atmosphere of the place is so pleasant. A truly wonderful place to stay, and I will gladly return.

We were just passing through and looking for accommodation. We're so glad we chose this hotel: we received a very warm and genuine welcome right away. We opted for the smallest room, which was perfectly adequate for our night. Both the interior and exterior are charming. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast (local and organic). A truly wonderful place to stay.

A true haven of peace! Authentic, with beautiful common areas, very pleasant and welcoming rooms, and a picturesque garden that transports you to the tropics. A delicious and generous local breakfast! Everything is within walking distance. We spent three days there off-season, just the two of us, and it was a delightful time. I highly recommend it! Book in advance, it's often full and reservation requests come in constantly! (The reception is constantly ringing the bell 😉)

Excellent, with a strong commitment to sustainability. A beautiful outdoor garden that you can admire while enjoying breakfast under the glass roof. Breakfast itself is superb, featuring fresh, local products. The staff is very professional and incredibly kind.

Fantastic hotel!!! An extraordinary garden that you walk through to get to Gosselin, an equally extraordinary grocery store. The hotel is full of charm, tastefully decorated. Very nice breakfast buffet. I highly recommend it!!! ❤

My husband and I went there for Valentine's Day. The setting is magnificent, we received a very warm welcome, with explanations about things to do in the area and an aperitif in our room. The room was beautiful, the bedding perfect, and the location peaceful. Breakfast was a delight, featuring local and homemade products. A charming and enchanting interlude; we will gladly return.
