02/05/2026: We went there at lunchtime (or rather at 1:35 pm) without a reservation and it was full. The owner told us to wait a bit and two seats became available. We had a lovely lunch; the fish and shellfish were very fresh and delicious. A great place without hesitation.

19/04/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS I cancelled one week before my arrival due to unforeseen circumstances: my mother had just passed away, and her funeral was on the day of our scheduled arrival. I have proof in the form of a letter from the funeral home. They refused to refund the two nights. Their poor customer service doesn't deserve to be in business.

29/04/2026: Good and correct, but expensive.

22/04/2026: We have been visiting St. Vaast-le-Hougue for years and never found this restaurant before. We both agreed that it will be a firm favourite now. It is bright and welcoming inside and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. My husband had fresh seafood which he said was great and I fell back on the old British favourite- fish and chips. BUT, with a difference. Instead of batter, the fish was done in a feather-light Panko crumb which was delicious. We finished with their own made Pavlova for my husband and I had Pannacotta, both divine. We will be back!
