A very warm welcome, quality catering, the dishes are changed every day with great inventiveness. The service is provided by pleasant and smiling staff.
The location of the hotel is perfect.
Patio and heated swimming pool are available.
On the other hand, some rooms need to be redone... But that's planned!!!
Good luck to the whole team

An excellent location to spend time as a couple, with friends or family, where you can also explore the surroundings. Rooms with everything you need, but above all, delicious food at the hotel restaurant with impeccable service. Gives some great suggestions when you want to order (The elderflower spritz is a must try!)

We spent one night in this hotel in a family room.
Positive points:
Very warm welcome
Very friendly staff
Hearty breakfast
Pool
Jacuzzi
Points to improve:
Family room a little small (difficulty moving around the room when the sofa bed is unfolded)
Lack of blackout curtains to avoid daylight early in the morning.
A courtesy tray would be a plus.
Respect the opening and closing times of the swimming pool (closing 1h30 early and the next day it was not open at 10:30am, so we were not able to take advantage of it before our departure).
Otherwise it's a nice hotel

We spent a week with our children in this hotel with half board.
The location is great, the rooms clean and functional, but what makes the difference are the managers and the Chef!
The dinners were all delicious, sophisticated with simple and fresh products, real taste discoveries and a desire to please, it was a treat!
As for the managers: they were adorable and attentive, present but not intrusive, it was perfect!
Thank you for this week of rest in your family hotel!

Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel et cela a été correct, chambre propre mais manque d'insonorisation. Petite piscine car 4 personnes peuvent bronzer pas plus mais bien situé en centre ville et face à la mer.

Dîner en couple, en terrasse.
Accueil et service agréables .
Repas à la carte divin : un sans faute !!
Bravo au cuistot !
Couteaux, poulpe moelleux snake , foie gras de Tusson, riz de veau , brioche perdue glace au nori ......une tuerie !
Merci .
Nous nous sommes régalés.
A mon sens , meilleur restaurant à St Palais !
