Restaurant. Lunch this Sunday, February 8, 2026. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Simple, authentic, and creative cuisine, perfectly priced. The owner/chef is a bit of a character, but his humor is as subtle as his dishes; okay, he forgot the ice in my cognac, but who cares? There are worse things.
I recommend it for those who want to treat themselves.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did enjoy the restaurant.
Excellent cuisine, beautifully presented.
The chef greets you in the dining room.

We had dinner here; it's a very beautiful restaurant with lovely decor. The food is excellent, made with top-quality ingredients. The turbot fillet is delicious. The fresh foie gras is cooked to perfection. The wines are excellent. A truly wonderful establishment not to be missed in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer.

Very well-located hotel, pleasant and comfortable room for three. Varied and beautifully presented breakfast.
Very nice and warm decor in the dining room. The service is impeccable and the welcome is very warm.
From starters to desserts, excellent dishes are prepared with finesse and refinement.
I highly recommend this lovely place.
