The person at reception was pleasant and gave me good advice. The building is modern and new. As for me, I went there for the spa. The management was very efficient, and the massage was very well done.

A hotel with magnificent decoration. A friendly team that will make you feel like you're in a cocoon. Varied catering. Chairlift 20m away.

We would like to thank the entire Belambra team for this week. We were able to count on a very professional team at the chicks' nursery. Our daughter asked to go there because she had such a good time there. Regarding the cuisine, we enjoyed ourselves every day, there is something for everyone. Everything is done to make your life easier, with heated ski lockers at the bottom of the chairlift. The animation team always gives great energy with special mention for Kezia who I hope will also have a great career in the artistic world. The swimming pool is magnificent with its outdoor section overlooking the mountains. (lack of slightly more suitable changing rooms). The many gourmet events back from skiing and snacks are very enjoyable for adults and children alike. The bedroom is spacious with an intelligently designed sleeping area. We recommend this Belambra club (note we came outside school holidays).

First experience in a Belambra club for our part, and discovery of this resort as well. The positive points: Very nice club recently renovated so quality services for a 5B. It is ideally located for skiers with the chairlift departure right next door. It is located high above the resort and benefits from a nice view of the mountains and the area. For non-skiers, there is the possibility of taking the shuttles which pass just below the club, and also the possibility of reaching the village on foot for walkers because it is not necessarily very far. The snow garden for the pioupiou is also located at the exit of the ski room, so great. Lots of nice services: swimming pool, ski room with equipment rental directly at the club, gym, bar with games (arcades and billiards). Large choice of dishes and side dishes in the restaurant, the chalet restaurant is also nice for eating a fondue or raclette. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (we were 2 adults and a 3 and a half year old child), there is space and plenty of storage. There are many activities and a nice children's club. You can take your child for the day with ski lessons, or for half a day. The negative points: We see that the club opened before some finishing touches were done, but that doesn't spoil the stay. Lack of maintenance on the other hand at the bar and restaurants: it is a shame to constantly find crumbs at the seats (this has been the case all week), the tables at the bar lack a good cleaning and regular passage of staff. As there were a lot of people at the club, it was a bit complicated to get to the elevators without waiting too long, or without them being already full... you can take the stairs, but with a child it's not It's not easy to take them all the time! We still enjoyed our week of vacation, not having to worry about meals allows us to have a real vacation

We had a great week! A great stay for a family of 14 people! Good points: The staff is welcoming and smiling. The rooms are clean and spacious. Direct access to the slopes is really appreciated because there is no queue to get back! Ski school, passes, equipment rental inside the hotel: A significant time saving! In terms of catering, it was good and varied. Top breakfasts and after skis! Free arcade games & billiards The all-inclusive formula is really great: nothing to pay on site in addition to your stay Negative points : not enough landscaped exterior First 2 complicated days supporting the children In short, we're coming back next year!!!!!!! One-week stay for 4 to introduce skiing to children aged 3 and 8. After a very long journey, we had a warm welcome from Pierre who guided us to our covered, secure and private parking space. We are looking for reception: modern decor but no “welcome” sign. The staff was not smiling. We were given an envelope and told "everything is in it. Go to the Ski Room quickly because it's going to close". No check of our reservation. In the elevator to the ski room, we look in the envelope: 4 bracelets, 3 ski passes, 1 room card. No information on reception or restaurant hours, registration details for children's clubs, is there a welcome ceremony? We do not know. In the ski room, the team is at the top. Despite the late arrival time, the staff was focused, competent and available. And this was the case throughout the stay. Return to reception for more information, particularly on children's clubs and ski lessons. We are directed to some people in a lounge right at the entrance. We wait 40 minutes to learn that it is not here but directly tomorrow morning from the ski instructors and the club leaders. Return to reception to request access to the restaurant. We are greeted with an “ah no, we are not part of the reception”. We later learned that these were two members of the children's club entertainment team. The restaurant is comforting after our trip. Good service. Smiling chefs. Generous dishes. Raw food in the morning is very nice. Too bad gluten-free bread is not available. It is very surprising not to find a single bottle of hydroalcoholic gel! The room is comfortable and well heated. There is a double towel for each of us. It is cleaned every day. The reception at the ski clubs at 8:30 a.m. is pitiful. We don't know where to go, there is no sign to distinguish the lines of the different clubs. Once in front of the instructors, we introduce our children for ski lessons. We accept our 8 year old daughter and we refuse our 3 year old son because there would be no more places for him. You have to see the afternoon slot elsewhere. However, we had booked our stay with the lessons at the foot of the club and the equipment. No facilitator has a list of registrants, no one checks whether the children are present or not! No checks! Finally, we have to look for an adult with a red bib outside to entrust our daughter to. Our son will therefore go to the Fox club. But he won't get some fresh air: the entertainers don't take the children out: incredible! the children remain locked in all day even though there is a dedicated closed space: no discovery of snow with this club. So we pick up our children in the afternoon to let them enjoy the mountain air. The bar and the large snack are appreciable: arcade machines, board games, pancakes, waffles, popcorn, hot chocolate... The staff at the bar is pleasant. Well, especially men because women have difficulty getting a smile on their face, except for those who have piercings. There is a nice swimming pool but the hours are not good. The gym would be more practical if the equipment all had a power supply or a socket firmly attached to the wall. The SPA is magnificent. The relaxing services and the gentle and professional staff. There is a chairlift at the foot of the slopes. Very convenient and the staff are friendly. Back home, we receive our invoice which includes ski lessons for our 3-year-old son. We contacted BELAMBRA by telephone and email to ask them why our son was refused even though he was registered and to request reimbursement of the service. We have not received any acknowledgment of our request. After 10 days we call them. We are told the treatment may take a long time. That's all. We are disappointed.

Apartment with comfortable view. Perfect bedding, well-equipped bathroom with hairdryer. All employees are welcoming and helpful. Cleaning is carried out every day. The activities are great! Our teenager loved the Laser Game evening. Bravo to Caesar and José for their enthusiasm among young people. I highly recommend with All Inclusive formula.

First experience at Belambra, and first week of skiing as a family with children aged 4 and 7. The hotel and all of its spaces (living, bar, show, catering, etc.) are very pleasant to live in. The bar and catering are also there. The sleeping area is spacious and the bedding is of good quality. The site is well served by the ski lift and allows access to the area without going through Jandri and thus avoiding morning traffic jams. Return on skis possible via a black slope or a green one but with little snow (at the moment) possible otherwise by the ski lift or the shuttle. ESF departure from the residence, an everyday convenience. Apart from a locker space - ski storage which is a little narrow during peak hours, the site is perfect. We would like to congratulate all the teams (reception, cleaning, support, bar, restaurant, etc.) for their helpfulness and kindness. See you soon…
