25/04/2026: We've been several times, for dinner and for après-ski snacks, and it's always been a pleasure! The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming; you really feel at home. François, the owner, is lovely, very friendly and welcoming. And on top of that, the food is excellent.
Thank you for the many génépi liqueurs!
We highly recommend it.

25/04/2026: We went for dinner on Friday, April 24th with our little group (11 people: 6 adults and 5 children), with a reservation for 7 pm.
Everything was perfect: Léo's warm welcome as soon as we arrived, Martin's attentive service to everyone, the friendly atmosphere, and the quality of the food.
Among other things, we chose fondues which were truly excellent and generously portioned. A wonderful evening to end our stay in Les Deux Alpes!
22/04/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The service is impeccable; Martin knows how to make everyone feel at ease. He gives excellent advice. The reblochon cheese spread is delicious, and the fire pit adds to the mountain atmosphere. The food is high-quality, and the "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) is a great way to sample the entire dessert menu. Martin and the chef even adapted the desserts so our children could have profiteroles. Go to this restaurant without hesitation; you'll have a wonderful time and enjoy delicious food!

13/04/2026: Our favorite spot for succulent dishes, delicious drinks, and consistently excellent service for many years. The service is impeccable, they have a menu featuring fresh ingredients that offers a welcome change from the usual heavy mountain fare – for someone like me who loves fish and vegetables, I always find a variety of choices. The octopus is incredible, as is the tataki. The dishes are beautifully presented, the staff is always smiling, and the liqueurs and spirits are a refreshing change from the norm, with a selection of high-quality gins. Whether with friends or a loved one, we have a wonderful time there every season! THANK YOU to the whole team!

07/04/2026: Delicious, very generous portions, original... and very, very friendly. Ideally located because it's not too high up... so less cold and less tiring than other mountain restaurants. Bonus: one of the few places where you can have lunch outside while keeping an eye on your skis!

Shocking Attitude.
I’ve seen some very bad restaurateurs in my time but this one was just shocking.
We have a saying in English ‘You can’t teach an old dog new tricks’ – judging by her age it is definitely too late to send this awful woman to Charm School.
You can see by her replies to any reviews here that dare to criticise she is just not going to learn by her mistakes, she just replies with utter disdain and sarcasm.
The waitresses were nice and friendly, working for this woman must be awful.
We arrived around 7pm without a booking, which wasn’t an issue as there were only two other diners,
We had not skied that day due to high winds, most of the lifts were shut so were simply not very hungry.
We ordered a bottle of wine and thought we may have two starters, my husband then changed his mind and wanted a tartiflette.
Tartiflettes come in all shapes and sizes so we thought we would share in case it was large (we do not like to waste food).
Then if we were still hungry, we could have a dessert.
Having ordered, we picked up our drinks to go outside for cigarette walking past the reception, where we were met with this horrible women’s shocking attitude.
We were told that we could not share a plate as this was a restaurant – like it was some sort of an amazing place that you are not allowed to share a dish – this horrible women is really up her own bottom.
The way she spoke to us was embarrassing, dismissive and completely unnecessary.
We only had a small amount of wine in our glasses so we said we would pay for two glasses of wine and leave.
Oh no, we had to pay for the whole bottle and if we didn’t, she would call the police – how absolutely ridiculous.
I wish we had of sat at the table drinking our wine and not ordering any food which we would have had every right to do but I did not want to spend any more time in her presence.
We know Les Deux Alpes very well as we worked two seasons in the resort.
There are many good restaurants so this one can easily be avoided.

MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE
I have never left a negative review on Google before, but the way we were treated was so appalling that I felt genuinely compelled to warn future customers about how they may be spoken to if they are not “hungry enough” to order more food.
First Lie
The very first thing we did was greet you and explain that we did not have a booking.
Second Lie
I never said “I’ll look around.”
We were told that not having a booking was not an issue — which made sense, considering there were only two other people in the restaurant.
Your waitress then showed us to a table, and we sat down.
Third Lie
We ordered a bottle of wine and one dish to share.
At no point were we told that this was unacceptable or against any policy.
Fourth Lie
We stepped outside for a cigarette, and as we walked past you, you told us it was unacceptable and you did so in an unnecessarily rude and hostile manner.
If we had wanted a pub, we would have gone to the Polar Bear.
We chose your restaurant because we expected atmosphere and hospitality, not confrontation.
This was your opportunity to respond professionally and address the points raised, instead you chose to deny everything and blatantly lie.
I assume this is because you are unable to defend your actions.
Shame on you.
28/03/2026: Very well prepared escargots – tasty, balanced and served impeccably. A big plus was the fact that the waiter spoke Romanian and the menu is available in Romanian, which makes the experience very comfortable for Romanian tourists. Pleasant atmosphere and professional service. I recommend with confidence. 🐌

19/04/2026: Family-run hotel in the heart of the resort, excellent bed, very good breakfast, secure ski storage.
The location is central to the resort, close to the Jandri area, with all the best restaurants nearby. The owners are attentive and offer helpful advice.

01/04/2026: Fantastic hotel: fantastic rooms, fantastic breakfast, fantastic location, in short, everything was perfect! I highly recommend it!!
28/03/2026: Superb experience. Better than some 3-star hotels. Roller shutters ensure a completely dark room. Separate toilet and bathroom. A door separates the entrance to the room/bathroom/toilet from the bedroom area. A spacious room. A balcony with two chairs.
The ski lockers are excellent. The room is heated, so you don't have to put your feet in freezing boots.
Breakfast features many locally sourced or homemade products, all organic and delicious. The selection changes daily. There's no kettle or coffee machine in the room, but you can use the breakfast room all day for tea, coffee, water, and any leftover cakes and pastries. The staff is fantastic, welcoming, and helpful. If they're available, they can sometimes make arrangements for the ski locker or garage.
We slept very well; the bedding and pillows were excellent.
The hotel is in the same area as Jandri. You just have to cross the street and the square to get to the main lift.
However, I don't think there's an elevator. We were on the ground floor, so I might not have noticed. It might not be the most accessible hotel for people with disabilities; it's best to check beforehand.
And the orange juice... I'm not sure it was freshly squeezed, but hey, when that's all you have to complain about 😂

I would like to clarify that I was not aggressive from the outset. The situation escalated after your inappropriate personal remark.
The wait was much longer than 10 minutes, with 3 to 5 customers who arrived after me being served before me.
A simple apology would have sufficed.

After a long wait, I saw customers who arrived after me being served before me.
When I pointed this out, explaining that my daughter was waiting for me alone at home, I was told that "mistakes happen" and that I shouldn't have left her alone.
No apology, no professionalism, and on top of that, an inappropriate remark. Unacceptable service.

An exceptional team: always smiling and attentive!
Generous, delicious, and honest cuisine!
Special mention for the roasted Camembert, the gravlax, the tartiflette, the black pudding, the homemade pasta, the omelet, and the desserts!!! But everything is good!!! It's terrible having to choose!!!

14/04/2026: A great spot on the culinary map of Les Deux Alpes! The restaurant has a very pleasant, mountain atmosphere and perfectly fits the atmosphere of this village.
The food is truly delicious and refined, classic French cuisine with a modern twist. Everything is fresh, well-seasoned, and served with attention to detail. It's clear that the kitchen focuses on quality ingredients and excellent execution.
The service is very friendly and helpful, making you feel at ease and comfortable, even in the busiest times.
A big plus for the location on the main street and the pleasant atmosphere, which makes you want to linger after a day on the slopes.
Definitely worth a visit, perfect for a quiet dinner or a get-together with friends. I'd happily return 😀

21/04/2026: Booking from April 11th to April 18th, 2026 – it was my first time, but certainly not my last!
I was worried after reading the last-minute reviews. But what a surprise when I arrived! Everything was so well thought out! The covered parking, the musical welcome on the first day, the smiles on every staff member's face!!! And that makes all the difference! You feel welcome all the time. The food is very good, much to the chagrin of the "bourgeois bohemians" used to luxury! For an all-inclusive, it's flawless!!! Different dishes every day, and in the morning there's a juicer and citrus press with all sorts of fruit. I admit the dishes aren't always perfect, but they just need to be changed. I think that happens with all dishwashers!
The bar with real cocktails, real Coke, real bottles, and real spirits—this is truly remarkable, as I've stayed at other all-inclusive resorts where the showers are often connected to dispensers of overly sweet stuff!
The afternoon teas were lively every day with waffles, crepes, and candy. Every lunchtime before dinner, there were appetizers like onion soup, toasted bread, and an incredible Savoyard fondue, all served in a great atmosphere!
I have absolutely no regrets, and as for the room, I had no complaints whatsoever! A breathtaking mountain view, towels changed daily, hooks everywhere for hanging clothes, storage space, and a balcony—truly nothing to complain about! The decor was lovely, and above all, the ski equipment available in the hotel and the ski lifts right at the foot of the hotel—you really can't get better comfort. There was a ski locker that corresponded to the number of guests and the number of rooms, heated to ensure dry equipment every day. I hope to return. It's an expense, yes, but I absolutely don't regret it!!!! I don't understand the negative comments about this hotel.
19/04/2026: - The cleanliness of the dishes was poor. The sight of the dirty glasses, plates, and cutlery was disgusting. A layer of food residue covered them. - For ski rentals, customers had to fasten their own ski boot buckles. This severely limited customer service. - Since I couldn't book my Belambra package online, I explained my problem on the first day, but there was no attempt to understand the issue with our reservation, and consequently, no assistance was offered, forcing us to pay full price. - The "all-inclusive" claim is a lie given the extremely high cost of parking. In the future, please consider offering some compensation to customers or seeking subsidies from the local council. - The imposed and limited hours prevent customers from fully enjoying their stay. It's more of a race against the clock, with customers dictated by Belambra's schedule. A continuous self-service system would be more appreciated, as everyone has different appetites and preferences, especially German, English, and Spanish guests. - Regarding the rooftop restaurant, the menu is fixed for the entire room. - Regarding the muscle-awakening activities, they are much too late to be on the slopes by 9:00 AM, making this service inappropriate. - Regarding the elevators, a solution needs to be considered to address the interminable wait. In other words, installing an up/down button would improve the comfort and mood of all your guests. - In the room, there is a significant lack of storage space, coat hooks, and towel racks. - Regarding the room's amenities, there is no magnifying mirror, the bin stand is broken, and the coat rack is broken. - Housekeeping was neglected, with the vacuuming not being done regularly and attention to detail regarding broken or missing items. - The pool's closing time in April could be reviewed and extended. 8:00 PM is much too early; it's impossible to get there. Another race against time. - The variety in the self-service area, especially at breakfast, was mediocre and lacking. - The view of the garbage bins from my room is deplorable for a guest like me who spends half her time in her room.
