A short 4-day family stay in this very welcoming place, which feels more like a family home thanks to the incredibly kind manager.
Admittedly, the upkeep isn't top-notch, Mr. and Mrs. Proute Proute, watch out!
It's still very friendly, tidy, and clean; you just have to look at the nooks and crannies, but that's what makes this hotel so charming. You feel right at home thanks to the warm welcome, kindness, and generosity of the gentleman who runs the entire establishment (bar, tobacconist, and hotel) single-handedly.
