Wow! What a warm welcome from Marianne and her team! The food was beyond excellent, the best cheese fondue ever, and delicious fresh pasta!! Thank you for everything!! We'll be back to visit you!!

Authentic place, amazing crust!!!

I can only speak about the bar and restaurant, but what a pleasure it is to come here! It's a place where you immediately feel at ease. Every morning, we had our coffee here, and we ate dinner here twice during the week. The dishes are excellent, prepared with care, and the service is simply delightful: attentive, kind, and always smiling waiters and waitresses. We felt genuinely welcome. You can feel the history of the place, its soul, its authenticity: it's both visible and tangible. It's exactly the kind of place you look for to disconnect from the pace of daily life in Paris. Here, slow food truly comes to life: take the time to enjoy it, you won't be disappointed.

A lovely little mountain establishment. Passing through the area for work, we stopped by just for a drink and received a very warm welcome. The staff were very pleasant and smiling. I would gladly return if I have the chance one day. 👌

A superb weekend of ski touring at this lovely establishment. We skied straight from the door to Le Buet – and enjoyed beers upon arrival. Marianne and Flo were very friendly. We'll be back!

Marianne is ICONIC. If you come to Le Buet you must stop here. Highly recommend the Plat du Jour! Always seasonal and fresh. Great wine list. But don’t order the Merlot or Marianne will shout at you (jk). We look forward to coming back!
