Since the new owners arrived, it's been great. They're very nice. The rooms are clean, perfect. The restaurant is top-notch. Delicious. They're very professional. I highly recommend it.

Very pleasantly surprised. The change of management was expected. We were greeted by a friendly staff, and the dishes were refined. The desserts were excellent. We must encourage this young couple who need more customers. I recommend this establishment.

07/03/2026: Writing We went to eat at Le Dahu last night for our last day of vacation in Lélex, in the Jura region. The women had raclette and the men had a Jura fondue with 12-month aged Comté cheese: a real discovery, accompanied by a nice little white wine from the Jura. I enjoyed it like never before! It was the first time I'd ever had raclette made exclusively with Comté cheese, and I highly recommend it. Furthermore, neither the staff nor the owner had anything to complain about: we left the restaurant completely won over. A big thank you again to the owner for his kind gesture (with the white wine). I recommend this establishment.
06/03/2026: We come here every time we travel to Lelex; it's a friendly place with delicious food. Thank you.
