Perfect, warm welcome, very good food

Everything was delicious and beautifully presented; my husband and I were absolutely delighted! The care taken in preparing each dish, the refined presentation, and the menu with its original Japanese touch truly impressed us. For starters, we tried the karaage (thinly breaded and fried chicken with coleslaw): fabulous! I then chose the Kare raisu, a spicy and flavorful Japanese curry rice, and my husband opted for the Comtois scallops with morel sauce and dauphinoise potatoes—excellent! To finish, we enjoyed a very good autumn pavlova with butternut squash, meringue, mirabelle plum gel, and homemade whipped cream. Everything was perfect from beginning to end, as was the welcome and service: the chef regularly checked to make sure everything was going well, and the service was prompt. We can't wait to come back! ☺️

Went there on Sunday night. The restaurant was nearly full. The food was excellent and the atmosphere good. The chef came to ask everyone if their food was good which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely go there again.

During our visit to Aubusson, we booked a table based on the various reviews I read online. The restaurant's setting was pleasant, as was the atmosphere during our evening. After a Limousin aperitif, which we discovered and thoroughly enjoyed, we ordered Kare Raisu, a Japanese-style vegetable curry rice, for my wife, and the Butcher's Cut for my husband. The dishes were excellent, and the meat was very tender. For dessert, we indulged in the Chocolate Pistachio Gourmandise and the Apple Delight, both beautifully presented and equally delicious. We had a wonderful time at Le Lissier restaurant!

Wonderful lunch stop as a solo traveler. Delicious food, friendly service. I’m going back!
