Hotel du Lissier sur Aubusson

A lovely family lunch at this restaurant. We really enjoyed the fries and the fondue Creuse. A great place to eat!

Fantastic find! I highly recommend it! The ribeye steak was advertised as 250-300g, but it ended up being 400g on the plate and it was delicious! The owner was very friendly.

We've been to Le Lissier twice and each time we had a great time. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is pleasant. Our absolute favorite was the burger: simply excellent! The bun was very soft, the meat perfectly cooked, and the whole thing was incredibly delicious. It's one of the best burgers I've ever had in a restaurant. On our first visit, I chose a spring salad with vegetables and fresh cheese. It was a bit unusual and not quite to my taste, but that's more a matter of personal preference than a reflection on the quality of the dish. The only slight downside was at the end of the meal: we were offered a digestif, led to believe it was complimentary, but it ended up being charged. It was a simple misunderstanding, but it's worth clarifying. Aside from that detail, we had a wonderful meal and we'll gladly return. A great place that I highly recommend.

Always a pleasant stop in the heart of the medieval town (parking right opposite the restaurant, which is a real plus during peak tourist season)... The cocktail menu is as varied as ever. And the service is as efficient and attentive as always. One slight drawback, however, compared to our previous visit: the portions could be a little more generous and, above all, it seemed to us that the cuisine was a little less inventive... But it remains a very good place nonetheless. To be continued, then...

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and had a wonderful dinner! I enjoyed an excellent salmon gravlax that transported me to Japan; I highly recommend it!

Exceptional! We had a true culinary journey; everything was delicious, original, creative, and incredibly good. There were four of us as a family; my daughters loved their burgers, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Special mention for the churros with dark Comté cheese. Check out the new summer menu; the chef is incredibly talented. And in the dining room, the cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are delicious. In short, don't miss this restaurant!
