Excellent. Delicious and generous country-style cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. We left the table satisfied, after a decadent dessert (our favorite: the Baked Alaska), and a small glass of verbena liqueur that sharpened the senses.
Always a pleasure to go there, despite the drive from Rodez. A true benchmark for hospitality and quality. Impeccable service, a very kind sommelier, and an attentive chef. Increasingly rare these days. Long live Restaurant du Viaur! I will definitely be back.
