The meal was wonderful with exquisite dishes: sweetbreads, baked Alaska, nougat ice cream.

A stop along the way is lovely; the small checkered tablecloths make it a bistro, and the owner and staff are friendly and efficient. The food is excellent, the ingredients fresh, and the portions generous. My Roquefort and walnut salad was delicious, the sweetbreads and new potatoes were excellent, and the nougat glacé for dessert was simply divine.
What more can I say? I highly recommend it, and we'll gladly return.

Amazing staff, a real gem in Segur. The Black Flambadou is definitely something you might consider when first visiting !
Atmosphere is really light and pleasent, so are the staff and owners.

We ended up at this restaurant for lunch by chance. We chose the menu du jour (with regret afterwards). It was admittedly simple (a piece of quiche with salad as a starter, creamy mashed potatoes with artisan sausage as the main course, chocolate mousse), but everything was super fresh and very tasty (the mashed potatoes were finger-licking good). Only later did we see the house specialty, lamb sweetbreads... and I love that. Passionate and hardworking chef and staff. Fast and friendly service. Compliments.

Hello, we were greeted as soon as we arrived at the restaurant by the owner, Sébastien – a very warm welcome. There was a great atmosphere at the bar with a group of very friendly and respectful young people. The food was well presented, with good quality ingredients, and reasonably priced. The staff was very professional.
In conclusion, we had a very good time.
