A must-visit! My family went there for lunch today and, as every year, it was pure bliss. The service is top-notch and the food is excellent. Special mention for the lamb sweetbreads; they're perfect, as always! A sure bet that I recommend without hesitation.

Excellent traditional cuisine; the crispy calf's head was delicious, and I'm so glad I tried the lamb sweetbreads—a wonderful discovery for me. For dessert, the Baked Alaska was a real treat, not to mention incredibly tasty. And above all, a warm and friendly welcome and top-notch service.

Very good overall, but unfortunately the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The lamb sweetbread dish deserved to be more generous; there was a time when you could eat sweetbreads without worrying about the amount. Otherwise, a very good restaurant and very good service.

A warm welcome; the servers and owner truly go out of their way to make the customers feel welcome. The meal was exceptional: generous, refined, a delight, and beautifully presented. Everything is homemade. The desserts are to die for. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much. (Plus, today the Roquefort brotherhood was there, and we were offered several varieties—simply delicious). Thank you to them.
