Excellent service. Professional staff. The only downside is the rather difficult and often far-flung parking, which is otherwise paid.

Very warm welcome. Comfortable bed and lovely view.

Dog-friendly hotel. Reception is available 24/7 and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The bedding is comfortable. However, the rooms are very small and outdated, as are the bathrooms; they could use a good renovation. The bedroom windows are old, which is noticeable in terms of both wind and noise. No parking.

Previous visit, a new experience. Very well located in the city center, with a superb view of the Adour River. Welcoming staff, attentive to guests. Varied and generous breakfast: a special mention for the delicious bread... Cozy rooms.

The hotel is perfectly located, both in the city center and on the banks of the Adour River. The positives: The hotel is very well situated and airy. Excellent breakfasts at very reasonable prices. The quantity and variety are almost perfect; this is the hotel's greatest strength. The reception staff (both front desk and lobby) are very friendly; don't hesitate to ask them for help as they are understanding and uphold the hotel's reputation for hospitality. The evening meals are quite decent and reasonably priced, but be aware that they are not served on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays due to staff shortages. The negatives: The rooms are outdated and in need of immediate renovation. Therefore, this hotel is not suitable for a long stay. The room cleaning is very inadequate, and it shows! Not all television channels are working because, following ARCOM's decision to change channel numbering in 2025, the hotel has not made the necessary adjustments. This is unfortunate and unacceptable!

Very well located! Close to all amenities. The staff are very pleasant and attentive.

The breakfast is exceptional, the staff very welcoming and available, the rooms could use a little updating but meanwhile they are clean.

The same price during the day as at night, while the competition is at least 20% cheaper during the day, what a shame!

We stayed here when our camping car broke down in France 🇫🇷 The hotel was lovely, as we're the staff! Breakfast was very good but the actual restaurant was closed as the chef and server were having a well deserved vacation.
