Lovely staff and newly renovated. Convenient location in the city; great stay in Paris!

I stayed there with my family in March 2025 for five nights. So, it's a late review, but, I truly wanted to leave. We had a reservation issue, but, the manager (I cannot remember her name. She was a really kind lady) resolved the issue and upgraded my room to a suit room. She also brought champagne and macaroons as a welcome gift by herself to my room. What a great hospitality! And, whenever we have an issue, a management staff quickly came and fixed it. I truly have a great memory with this hotel. They are the ones who made my first family travel to Paris really enjoyable and memorable. If I go to Paris again, I definitely will stay there. Many thanks again and sorry for this late review!

I strongly recommend this hotel close to Paris Opera Garnier. Rooms have been renovated in 2026, breakfast is high quality and overall the staff are very attentive to every detail.

Even before my trip to Paris, I could already tell I would be coming back again even before the arrival of my first visit to Paris. We came for my mother's birthday and the hotel did everything they could with the kind hospitality and gesture. With accommodating earlier check-in and a nice note with cake & champ to welcome our arrival. The breakfast at the hotel was probably one of my favorite meals during my trip and the staff were all super helpful and attentive. The front desk staff always send us off from and welcome us back to the hotel with a big smile and checking in with how our day was. I'm on my way to the airport and already planning my next trip to Paris and going to be staying at this specific hotel. Special thanks to Amelle and Abi for making our trip in Paris extra special and memorable! I'll see you guys again!

Courteous service and very good room

My wife and I ended our European vacation here. This hotel was great. The location is in a perfect spot. Plenty of shopping and transportation options nearby to quickly get to landmarks. The staff was amazing. We had a special request that they went out of their way to make happen and even went above and beyond that. They were extremely helpful in booking airport transportation as well. We highly recommend the Hotel Indigo Paris -Opera and are extremely appreciate of their amazing staff.

Excellent location, helpful staff and spacious rooms. Due to major renovation common spaces are limited. Enjoyed my stay
