Hotel Indigo sur Paris

Absolutely brilliant - so central and the staff are incredible 💙

In an IHG member and this hotel by far exceeded my expectations! Very happy! (Abi at the front desk was very professional and friendly, many thanks to her for the extra help and service during our stay)

We stayed for 5 nights in Aug, a lovely boutique hotel with character and short walk to many attractions. It's located off the main road, a nice and quiet pedestrian walkway with shops and restaurants along the road. Hotel's reception area is a bit narrow but staff we came across were very helpful, cheerful and friendly both at the front desk as well as at the restaurant. A special shout out to Claire, Fernundu, Yaw and Naid. Breakfast served in the restaurant daily although simple but fresh and yummy. Bedroom allocated to us was spacious, bright and clean with huge windows. I also like their buffet breakfast which have good choices and of top quality. All in all, an unforgettable experience for us and i highly recommend this hotel to all.

My partner and I had a great time. The staff was excellent. I’d say the rooms and hallways need a bit of an update. Enjoyed the volume control in the bathroom for the TV, for those who are bathroom shy. The shower was awkward and caused water to splash outside the shower, as much as I tried, is hard with a rainfall shower head. The location was excellent and walkable. Taxi drop off and pick up isn’t necessarily right in front of the doors but close enough.

The front desk service here is excellent. The restaurant is very authentic and perfect for trying local cuisine. The food is served quickly, and the ambiance is tastefully decorated in an Art Nouveau style with an open kitchen, allowing you to not only enjoy the delicious food but also witness the preparation process – a truly wonderful experience. It's ideal for travelers and hotel guests to dine in the evening or morning. Because it's very popular, it's best to book in advance in the afternoon; around 6:00 PM is generally a good time to book.

Our stay was part of vacation package; it was our 1st time in Paris and did not know what to expect. However, the hotel was great. Really appreciated the front desk woman who helped me gather set up with tickets to the Louvre

Hotel Indigo Paris is a charming IHG boutique hotel in a beautiful location near the InterContinental Paris, tucked into the Édouard VII Passage. I had a high room overlooking the front, featuring large French windows, a comfortable bed, and a well-sized layout. The wooden floors and bathroom were generally nice, though both could have been a tiny bit cleaner — minor touches that didn’t detract significantly. The AC initially wasn’t working, but staff were very understanding, and a technician quickly resolved it, making the room pleasantly cool. The TV was a good size and casting worked fine. Staff were consistently kind and accommodating, contributing positively to the overall experience. Pricing is slightly on the higher side for the class, though typical for Paris - only had one other hotel cheaper in Paris of the same class in the 8ème I'd say was a bit better but the location wasn't as quiet. Sometimes it makes sense to stay at the nearby InterContinental hotels instead — Opera or Champs-Élysées — as they are a class above and often similarly priced. That said, for those preferring a boutique experience, the Indigo is a perfectly good choice. Overall, Hotel Indigo is a pleasant and comfortable boutique option in Paris. It might eventually benefit from a refresh, but for now it offers a good combination of location, service, and experience.
