Hotel Indigo sur Paris

Very nice hotel, just off a main street so it's quiet. Close to Opera House locations.

I’ve stayed here three times. What I love most is the location—it’s really the best! The room size is good, and the bathroom is also nice. However, for certain room types, they feel a bit old, and the mattress needs replacing as it feels sunken (room 503). I was out of Paris for two nights, and when I came back, I was given this room. It wasn’t ideal since it didn’t have a sofa. Overall, cleanliness is good.

Really enjoyed my stay at Indigo Paris from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, got a nice upgrade as an IHG member. All the staff were super friendly and attentive (including front desk, staff at the restaurant, cleaning team). Breakfast was good, it wasn’t too much variety of choices but all the food I tried during breakfast were good. The location is so convenient, walking distance to Palais Garnier, Louvre museum and plenty of good restaurants and Cafe. Would definitely come back

We love Hotel Indigo Paris Opera! It is centrally located, lots of shops close by, and since we did the touristy thing to take the tour bus, the stop was right around the corner. There is even a mega food hall 3 short blocks away called Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet to get your sweet tooth cravings satisfied. All of the staff (bell hop, front desk, breakfast wait staff and cleaning crew) were courteous and friendly. We splurged a bit and added breakfast to our booking, they had a good selection of hot menu items to order (which came out fast and perfect) and a buffet such as yogurt, cold cuts, cheese, and bread. Our double floor, recently renovated suite was with Eiffel Tower view was top notch. It was just pure magic staying up to watch the hourly light show (even the last one at 1am on a Friday night!), from the comfort of the living room. They did a fantastic job sound proofing the suite as the Bd des Capucines is quite busy at all hours of day and night. We love all the windows to enjoy all of the views from our corner of the property, it was such a wonderful place to unwind and relax. I don't think we can stay anywhere else next time we visit Paris!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Paris – Opéra. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a young concierge who greeted us right on time, which immediately set a great tone for our stay. At the front desk, Abi was incredibly friendly and welcoming—our mood felt as bright as the beautiful Paris weather that day. The breakfast team was consistently warm and very attentive, making each morning a pleasant start. After long days exploring the city, it was always reassuring to return to the hotel, where Tanim at the front desk patiently helped us with various requests every evening. Housekeeping was also thoughtful and attentive to our needs throughout the stay. As the final stop of our Europe trip, Paris was already special—but choosing Hotel Indigo made it truly exceptional. Lobby and ground floor is being renovated. Reception and breakfast areas are improvised. No mention of this during or right after booking. Need to climb steep narrow stairs from the ground floor to access elevators from the first floor. Rooms are nice, modern and spaceous. Checked in before room was available. Left luggage at hotel to grab some lunch and explore the neighbourhood. Upon our return, we received our keys and were told the luggage was already in the room. It wasn’t. Upon my inquiry at the reception I was met with dismissal; “your luggage is in your room.” It took them another 20 minutes to actually locate our suitcases and backpacks, which were stored in different places. At no point did the staff display any sense of urgency to help. Breakfast is meager compared to other hotels in this price range but may be related to the ongoing renovation.

The reception was very efficient, and the rooms were renovated, modern, and comfortable. The front office staff were truly exceptional, always friendly and attentive. The location is fantastic, ideal for enjoying Paris.

An exceptional stay! This 4-star hotel far exceeded expectations: spacious rooms (over 25 m²), a true sense of luxury, and magnificent finishes recently renovated with impeccable taste. You immediately feel at ease in this elegant and refined setting. A big thank you also to the staff, who are always welcoming, warm, and attentive. Despite being part of a chain, the atmosphere remains very family-oriented, making the stay even more enjoyable. Finally, its location near the Opéra Garnier and Place Vendôme, in the heart of the Golden Triangle, makes it a prime location. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend!
