The hotel is fantastic. Rooms are big, breakfast was good, location great and the best part was the staff. Extremely friendly. Particularly Abi. She was super !!

Great hotel, great team, best location!

Location: Japanese people are not used to hearing car horns. For that reason, I thought this place was a little scary at first because I could hear horns so often. But after being there for a week, I realized that this place is very good. There are multiple subway and train stations nearby, as well as department stores and MONOPOLY supermarkets, making it convenient to procure ingredients. Also, it's just a few minutes from the Roissy bus stop, which has many benefits. The room...It was a suite with two floors in one room. It was a shame that there was no bathtub, but there were two toilets, and it was spacious and comfortable. We also have two dressers, so we can store a lot of clothes. Also, the bedroom was on the second floor, far from the door, so I didn't hear the voices of other guests, so it was quiet. Food...If I had to complain this time, it would be the food. There weren't many vegetables, so I wasn't satisfied with that. However, there were several types of bread that changed daily, and the croissants, danishes, and chocolate-covered breads were very delicious. There was also fruit, which was nice. Bath…There is no bathtub. However, there were two types of showers: rain showers with a large amount of water and regular showers. The bath and wash basin were also clean and nice. Service...This is the main point. The front desk and cleaning staff are kind. In particular, everyone at the front desk is kind and tries their best to help us. It may not be a large reception desk with many receptionists. But the front desk does a very good job. Facilities and amenities...Amenities are plentiful. The type of dryer with a lot of airflow is very good. Since I was overseas, I couldn't find anything like toothbrushes, so I guess I'll have to bring my own. The towels are also soft and give a good impression. Overall...I was nervous about going abroad for the first time in a while, but thanks to the staff, it was a very meaningful trip. The location and staff were particularly good. I think it would be good for Japanese tourists as well. I can communicate in English.

We loved spending our honeymoon at Hotel Indigo! The location was fantastic and very close to a Metro stop. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet each morning was outstanding! We appreciate how the staff went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience.

This was the perfect hotel for our first trip to Paris! We arrived on my birthday and the room that was selected for us (room 401) was perfect, with the nicest little details and spotlessly clean. Room 401 is a huge room with wrap around floor to ceiling windows that open with a remarkable view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was wonderful as was the restaurant downstairs, which does deliver room service. Housekeeping was remarkable and each day we came back to a sparkling clean room! We stayed at the hotel for two nights, the location is absolutely perfect in the heart of the Opera quarter with everything accessible at a walking distance. The staff was very friendly and super helpful, Phunkyi checked us in and out and she was amazing. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is great, everything we needed was available at the hotel and the staff took very good care of us. We did not face any sort of inconvenience at the hotel and any question/request were immediately taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel! Ibrahim Lakkis

The hospitality is great. The room was big and clean and wonderful, and it was a great location.

The hotel was perfectly situated you could walk everywhere very local for shopping at Lafayette galleries. Rooms were perfect size clean and had everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good buffet style with eggs made for you. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.
