An incredible Valentine's Day evening! A unique, special, and absolutely delicious menu. The restaurant perfectly accommodated my husband's mushroom and truffle allergies: specially prepared dishes were created for him, which we greatly appreciated. The service was exceptional, attentive, and professional from beginning to end. The room was superb, comfortable, and very pleasant. A memorable experience that we highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the hotel, and we enjoyed the restaurant. As last year, we found the staff very attentive, and we appreciated the room amenities and the quality of the meals and breakfast. The menu features locally sourced and high-quality products.

Perfect brunch with friends. Everything was delicious. The setting was pleasant, intimate, and relaxing. Excellent time. I'll be back.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, the tone was set: everyone there was a true professional. They clearly love their guests, and it shows. This is a place where the customer is truly king. You feel completely at ease, and if you have a request, whatever the time of day, Aude, the hostess, will find a way to satisfy it. You sleep very well; the bathroom is pleasant and functional, and the linens are of good quality. As for the decor, there's something for everyone, but "it doesn't matter what the bottle looks like as long as it makes you happy!" Our taste buds are constantly delighted by the Chef, and we never tire of his famous pâté en croûte, the sublime Pithiviers to share, and the zucchini blossoms from his garden, if you please! Finish with a Melifera Gin soufflé and you'll thank God every single day for placing this magnificent Relais on your journey from Paris to the Pyrenees… There are no coincidences, only encounters. Hats off to the artists.

This Sunday at lunchtime, we treated ourselves to a visit to La Chapelle Saint Martin. We weren't disappointed! The place is superb, the interior decor beautiful and luxurious. We had aperitifs in the lounge overlooking the park (which we'll definitely return to on a sunny day). There was a good selection of drinks, both classic and excellent. Our aperitifs were brought to us with delicious little snacks, which whetted our appetites for the rest of the meal. We were shown to one of the restaurant's rooms, which was, as always, very beautiful and elegant. We were comfortably seated, with plenty of space between the tables. For the meal, we opted for the "Gourmet Stroll" menu, a four-course tasting menu... It was absolutely delicious! Beautiful plates (Bernardaud porcelain), beautifully presented. The flavors, cooking techniques, textures, and seasonings delighted us from the amuse-bouches to the petit fours. All the dishes were accompanied by excellent country bread, perfect for soaking up the sauces... What wonderful culinary discoveries! Every plate was superb and savored with delight and gusto. Little touches like the brioche bun served with the amuse-bouche, the discovery of walnut oil from Corrèze, the Opinel knife with its porcelain handle, and everything else on the plates... We were truly happy to have discovered this lovely place and hope to return for another delicious meal. Thank you to the staff at reception, in the dining room, in the kitchen, and everyone else; it was a perfect experience for us.
