Hotel Le Bouclier d'Or Restaurant sur Strasbourg

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate: very clean, perfectly soundproofed, and furnished with high-quality amenities. You feel truly at home from the moment you arrive. If I had to find one small improvement, the presence of a refrigerator in the room would be a real plus. The staff, for their part, are impeccable: professional, attentive, and always available. The spa is also a major asset of the establishment: clean spaces, a soothing atmosphere, and very pleasant facilities for relaxation. In short, a high-quality stay that I highly recommend!

Do not miss this charming true 4 star hotel with huge beautifully appointed rooms and enormous bathrooms, cozy robes, great beds and luxe linens. The cave like spa was great with a dry and steam sauna and a spa. Don’t miss their wonderful breakfast with cook to order eggs if you like. The bar/lounge area are quite large and a great place to relax. Soon they will also boast an in house restaurant. The staff made this property a stand out. The location is quiet. I hate to share this beautiful secret.

Recommendation! We had breakfast elsewhere so we could explore the city. The hotel itself is centrally located and the rooms are very nicely furnished.

A superb massage by Connie, who was very kind, gentle, and delicate. The back and arm massage relaxed me and allowed me to enjoy some quality time just for myself. The facilities are clean and the background music is relaxing, perfect for a moment of tranquility. I highly recommend it and will definitely return to enjoy the spa next time 🙂

We enjoyed a one-night stay at the hotel. The atmosphere is nice, especially the small bar which felt very cozy. Staff were friendly throughout our visit. ​However, as a 4-star hotel, the room amenities were a bit disappointing. The bathroom provided only a 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel, which doesn't quite meet the standard expected for this rating, something that should be reconsidered. Additionally, there was no soap bar at the sink upon arrival. When I alerted reception, they provided a single, very small soap bar. It felt a bit "cheap" and wasn't the generous recovery gesture I expected after the oversight.
