Fantastic experience with our waitress Léa and Takeshi's little cameos! Great service, top-notch food, and especially generous portions! Reservations are a must as it's a small place, but honestly, it's worth it! We'll definitely be back!

Literally the best Japanese restaurant you could find in the area! Forget all-you-can-eat restaurants; here, a traditional Japanese atmosphere awaits you. You can even experience tatami mats and eat real, traditional dishes, prepared on-site and always excellent! I've been going there for years and I still love it! I do recommend booking in advance, though, because the restaurant is quite small, so it will have a rather intimate atmosphere, which is all the better for it! The servers are always very pleasant, the food is delicious, and it's always been a great experience for me 😁

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. The food is delicious, and a huge bonus: they offer most of their dishes with vegetarian or vegan options (you'll also find dishes that are exclusively vegetarian/vegan). We've been visiting this place frequently since we discovered it, and I highly recommend it!

Honestly, nothing to complain about! Everything was truly wonderful. The waiter was very friendly, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and you could even eat sitting on the floor, which really added to the restaurant's charm. The dishes were also delicious, generous, and very filling. We left completely satisfied. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend it!

Mikado

11/10/2026: This restaurant is run by French and Japanese people. We ordered eel rice, beef rice, dumplings, and udon noodles. The food was quite authentically Japanese. The service was so-so; the waitress was somewhat smiling, but the Japanese owner (I think) just seemed indifferent. We left without even a greeting. The location is pretty good; you can enjoy the river view and watch the people passing by on the bridge while you eat.
11/10/2026: This was our second visit to Mikado. The atmosphere was simple but pleasant. The food was good, although not everything on the menu was available. A shame. However, there was a major drawback. The service was pleasant, but we were bothered by the waitress's strong body odor. She was friendly and attentive, but frankly, this lack of personal hygiene bothered us and somewhat spoiled our experience.
