2☆☆ mountain hotel in Molines-en-Queyras very well located at the start of many hiking trails in a very pretty setting. Warm and very friendly welcome. Comfortable rooms, mountain decoration. Good bedding, impeccable cleanliness and hygiene. Excellent breakfasts with local products.

Time spent from 8 p.m. in the Restaurant after our arrival at the beginning of the evening on Pierre Grosse.
We stumbled upon this somewhat by chance without knowing much about it and not having looked at the reviews on the internet.
All 3 had salads.
One with honey goat cheese, the other with shallot cream ham and the last with slices of duck breast.
For their information, he considers these salads as starters. So if you want to make a meal of it, you have to order two for good eaters. So where the problem lies is that we found the price a little too high in relation to the quantity but also the quality.

We have just allowed ourselves to put only 3 as a warning sign for you hotelier but also for your future travelers so that there are no surprises.
Apart from that, the Young Man serving was pleasant and quite professional even if he must be an apprentice. I think this could be a good place to learn but if he wants to progress in the profession he will have to aim for other establishments in the future.
In addition to this, we felt that the oldest lady in the place who served us must be a little tired of her job because when she served us our salads there was a small error in understanding the from her cook because according to what she said she came from Ecuador.
I still mentioned that I didn't mind taking what she had prepared, the salmon salad, to avoid putting the team in more difficulty than that because the room was full and we already had a little waited for our plates. However, this elderly woman (who must be the boss) sent the plate back to the kitchen and brought me back the correct plate a few moments later.
We still thank this place for welcoming us into its Restaurant room beyond 8 p.m.

17/07/2024: Ottima esperienza, scendendo dal Colle Dell' Agnello trovi questo bellissimo locale, molto caratteristico, tutto in legno stile "baita" e vieni accolto da ragazzi giovani, sia al servizio che in cucina. La scelta è ristretta ma visto la quantità di persone pernso che si giusto per dare un servizio ed una cucina ottima. Io e mia moglie abbiamo provato un hambuger de montagnard, filetto di tacchino e patatine fritte. Le patatine fritte super gustose, l'hamburger ben ripieno e ottimo accostamento degli ingredienti, il filetto tenero e non troppo cotto. Grazie per l'esperienza!!
