I'm giving it 5 stars because this hotel is exactly what I was looking for, which isn't necessarily the case for those who frequent Hiltons or Ibises and other, more impersonal hotels, whether luxurious or not! It's an old hotel, well modernized but not overly so; they've kept the original terracotta tiles in the rooms, the staircase, and the hallways. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. "Cool"! People with disabilities should choose a ground-floor room because, although the staircase is very easy to navigate, there isn't an elevator. For the rooms, you can choose a courtyard room with a view of the Verdon Valley and the hills, or a street-facing room with a view of the castle and the sound of the Manosque road, which is fortunately not very busy at night.

We went to the restaurant. Everything was perfect: a warm welcome and very friendly service. Generous and delicious dishes (the beef stew was excellent). I highly recommend this place.

We discovered this restaurant by chance and went back several times in a row. The welcome is warm, the dishes are generous and delicious. We chatted with the staff and other customers, and had a wonderful time. Both the main courses and desserts are exquisite. I will return every time I am in this beautiful city.

What a surprise! We ate very well, the room was well heated, it was quiet, in short, nothing else to say!

The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food is amazing. I highly recommend it; the owner is friendly.

First, I want to clarify that this review is for the restaurant, as we didn't stay at the hotel. We discovered this little restaurant by chance, as it was the only one open on a Tuesday at lunchtime during the off-season in Gréoux. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, a small room with tables close together, it feels a bit like home. The owner is welcoming and smiling, despite some difficult customers that day. We had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We'll be back. Keep up your passion for the craft and don't let the naysayers discourage you! PS: We loved the wine descriptions on the chalkboards 🤣
