I want to sincerely thank the two managers of the Grand Monarque for their kindness and exceptional help. I had only come for dinner—a delicious meal, excellent value for money—and I was staying in a nearby hotel.
After an incident where I found myself locked out, I knocked on their door in a bit of despair. They immediately welcomed me, helped me out, reassured me, and didn't leave me alone for a second. They even offered to put me up if I couldn't get back to my hotel and went outside with me to find a solution. Thanks to them, everything turned out all right in the end.
They are truly kind people with a rare humanity.
Next time, I'll definitely stay with them.
