Design and comfortable hotel, welcoming, competent and helpful staff, from the housekeeper to the manager. I highly recommend because it is a 3 star which is worth more than some 4 stars.

We took the suite, it was very good. However, we were hot and the air conditioning was stuck at 22 degrees.

Large rooms (suite) with canal views. Unfortunately we found that breakfast was charged extra on the bill even though it had already been paid for through Booking... Unfortunately, a promised return transfer has not yet taken place... Double payment was transferred back! Thank you !

05/06/2025: Hello, I'm a regular customer of this bakery. Everything is very good. However, I bought a brioche supposedly with pralines, but there were only pralines on top and not inside!!! Even though it's called "bakery"... that was 3 weeks ago. I mentioned this to a saleswoman who replied that that's how they make them here... well, I won't buy it again because I was embarrassed in front of my guests. But after visiting today, what annoys me and is the reason I'm writing a review is the manager who never smiles and doesn't say hello or goodbye, rushing to take your money without a "please" or "thank you" at the end. It's really annoying to feel like you're in the way!!! I come because everything is good except the praline brioche, otherwise I wouldn't come again! Dear Madam Manager, set an example, be kind and smile, otherwise give up your seat!
17/04/2025: I just went to buy a cake to go to the hospital and the charming sellers gave me the privilege of cutting it while saying thank you for your humanity
