We stayed at this establishment and were pleasantly surprised. The welcome was warm, the room small but had everything we needed. We dined at the restaurant, enjoying a fresh salad with St. Marcellin cheese pastry and delicious endives with ham. The young waiters were attentive, and the chef was professional. A hotel and restaurant just the way we like them. We'll be back.

Nice hotel. Clean and functional. The staff is pleasant. The breakfasts are generous, and the restaurant is good but not very varied (if you're staying a full week). I'm giving it a star because there's no air conditioning. Large supermarket (Leclerc) is a 5-minute walk away.

Pleasant room; not very large, but nevertheless spotless and quiet on the canal side - very comfortable bedding - restaurant was closed on Sunday but breakfast the next day was very good - attentive and caring welcome - a nice place in Monceau!

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. Attentive staff. I hadn't realized that you had to upgrade to a higher room to have air conditioning. The staff brought me a fan. So you have to read everything. The breakfast was decent.

05/06/2025: Hello, I'm a regular customer of this bakery. Everything is very good. However, I bought a brioche supposedly with pralines, but there were only pralines on top and not inside!!! Even though it's called "bakery"... that was 3 weeks ago. I mentioned this to a saleswoman who replied that that's how they make them here... well, I won't buy it again because I was embarrassed in front of my guests. But after visiting today, what annoys me and is the reason I'm writing a review is the manager who never smiles and doesn't say hello or goodbye, rushing to take your money without a "please" or "thank you" at the end. It's really annoying to feel like you're in the way!!! I come because everything is good except the praline brioche, otherwise I wouldn't come again! Dear Madam Manager, set an example, be kind and smile, otherwise give up your seat!
17/04/2025: I just went to buy a cake to go to the hospital and the charming sellers gave me the privilege of cutting it while saying thank you for your humanity
