Mixed experience…For me, it is not up to the standard of a 4 star. Aging hotel - its identity did not convince me. I had chosen to pay a lot to have a certain standard, comfort and calm: but unfortunately a big disappointment. For me, it's not worth the price offered. Room with too much strong-smelling wood - it's oppressive. Poorly soundproofed room, you can hear the elevator and other guests opening their door with a key (noisy key ring) (waking up in the middle of the night) My room was on the road side (crossroads): still noise if window open Breakfast OK but clearly I have already had better in less star and cheaper hotels in Haute-Savoie (Morzine and Chamonix). Difficulty parking (limited spaces in front of the hotel - small parking lot opposite - unsecured space) Positive points: The staff are welcoming and helpful. The bedding is comfortable. Possibility of visiting the village on foot without taking the car But clearly I won't come back.

Beautiful hotel with all amenities such as spa, indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, billiards etc. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well maintained, as is the entire area in and around the hotel. There are always plenty of loungers and parasols by the pool...We felt very comfortable and can recommend it 100%. Thank you beaucoup 🤩

A beautiful weekend of relaxation and good food ❤️ very kind staff, very welcoming even with our dog, wonderful swimming pool, delicious and varied brunch. A regenerating weekend, we will return in winter with the magic of snow!

Well located, quiet, the team is attentive and very friendly. The hotel has everything one needs for a perfect vacation. The swimming pool is very pleasant as is the relaxation area. The restaurant's dishes and wines are elaborate. I recommend this establishment with my eyes closed

This is one of the warmest, most welcoming, lovely hotels I have stayed at. The staff are all absolutely wonderful. We had a room with a view, overlooking the pool-it was simply furnished in traditional alpine style, but was very comfortable, immaculately clean and had plenty of space. The swimming pool is fantastic, and we spent an hour or two every afternoon relaxing our muscles after the strenuous activities of the day. The food at the restaurant is excellent, and breakfast also good. The sitting rooms/lounge areas are really lovely too. My daughter loved it and so did I…we’ll definitely be coming back next year. Special thanks to Elena, Aude, Jean-Francois, Fiona and Nicholas for making us feel so welcome. A quite wonderful experience.

Excellent stay Arriving after reception closed at 8 p.m., we had a call from the receptionist who gave us all the information to arrive independently in the best conditions. Top bedding 👌🏼 Separate toilet and bathroom 👌🏼 The service and quality of the restaurant are there In addition to good deals for good winter clothing available on site

Superb hotels with a hylic setting, the rooms are very beautiful, an impeccable catering service and a very smiling and helpful staff. The spa/pool area is very nice. I recommend also doing the Alta Lumina

It is a place conducive to relaxation: beautiful mountain view, calm and particularly pleasant environment with the spa area and outdoor swimming pool. An available and professional team and a restaurant that I highly recommend in view of the different restaurants tested on the gets. A great place to stay in Les Gets.

Impeccable service, excellent staff, comfortable rooms, exceptional bedding. We had a great night at this establishment. We appreciated the snow falling overnight, and especially the opening of the heated swimming pool the next day. The jacuzzi area and indoor swimming pool complete the luxury offer.
