An exceptional discovery! An enchantment! A sublime room, a meal that delighted our taste buds. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were also there.
And then don't forget Martine, a person with great charisma and kindness so that our stay goes very well.
The breakfast was delicious and with the service and the smile of the person who takes care of it. We will come back without hesitation and enjoy the SPA and I am sure of good care

An exceptional stay! The rooms are spacious, the restaurant is excellent and the balneotherapy center offers a wide range of treatments for relaxation, not to mention the two spas and the swimming pool. The valley is truly magnificent. To do again!

Fair reception, we had the impression of not being taken seriously, like "low-end" customers because they came via a smartbox. The bedroom, view of the fireplace with noisy extractor with the mountain in the background....and the bathroom with rising sewer smell. It is not possible to access the jacuzzi (included in our box) because it is supposedly full...no solution offered other than paid treatments with a minimum of 2 hours.
Apart from the very friendly restaurant staff and the lady at breakfast on Sunday morning, we had no questions about the satisfaction of our stay. At check out we were just presented with the bill for our Friday evening dinner with the tourist tax...
This hotel does not reflect its 4 stars...

Very good experience.
Everything is great, we will come back.
Spacious and super well appointed rooms.
Just one suggestion could be: roller shutters on all the windows (for perfect darkness) would be welcome as well as mosquito nets to bring in freshness at night.
We highly recommend.

Les mets sont bons et de qualité , le personnel aux petits soins, a chaque visite c’est aussi bien , je recommande vivement
