A warm welcome and delicious food; I highly recommend this restaurant. The cooking and seasoning are perfect. The dishes range from classic and well-executed to more adventurous creations. A special mention goes to the blue cheese sorbet with its honey sabayon. A real treat!

A superb experience! Traveling for work, I discovered this place where the owner's welcome is simply exceptional. You can feel his genuine passion and warm, personal touch. As for the restaurant, the dishes are as refined as they are generous, all at a very reasonable price. It was delicious! The room was also very comfortable and impeccably clean. I will definitely be back, and with great pleasure!

Passing through Mont-de-Marsan, I stopped at the Hôtel des Pyrénées. It was a pleasant surprise: a warm, welcoming reception and genuine hospitality. You immediately feel welcome.

We ate there with our children for my wife's birthday on Saturday evening, December 13th. The food was still good, but we were very disappointed by the portion sizes considering the prices of the starters and main courses. €26 for octopus, which consisted of only four small tentacles with very little accompaniment! The children, however, had a lovely plate of chicken supreme with Marshall potatoes for €10… Also, there was very little choice of dry white wine, just two options! They really should consider creating a wine list…
