Hotel Mercure Restaurant sur Bourg-En-Bresse

The hotel is pleasant and the atmosphere is friendly. The room I stayed in was clean and well air-conditioned, although a bit small. However, I found the elevator to be extremely slow, to the point where taking the stairs would have been faster. Despite this minor inconvenience, the stay was generally satisfactory.

I went to the hotel to attend a friend's leaving party. He had enjoyed the hotel's outdoor terrace. The place was clean, very pretty, well-maintained, and welcoming.

Last minute booking due to train crisis. Good value and good location, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Dog friendly too. Staff were helpful and polite

A very warm welcome, my first time booking as a group, and I wasn't disappointed; everything was ready upon my arrival. I only used the breakfast service, which I found a bit pricey, even though the food and drinks offered were of good quality.

One-night stay, warm welcome at 11 pm, spacious and extremely clean room, spotless bathroom, very nice shower, separate toilet, generous and delicious breakfast, large parking lot, all for a very reasonable price. A very good experience that has restored my faith in hotels in Bourg-en-Bresse.
