We took a short break. One night in a red room. Impeccable cleanliness. Our first disappointment was that the pool wasn't open. But then we ended up going to the goat farm, which was a nice little break. You have to be flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, thank you so much. A major plus is that everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference. The owner is fantastic! 😁😁 The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend it for value for money. 🤑 One small drawback: a bottle of sparkling water in the room would be a nice touch, even if it increased the price. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Our absolute favorite restaurant! We've visited several times and are always thrilled by the exquisite food. The quality of each component is simply outstanding, and the love you can taste is evident in every bite. Fantastic menus, excellent service, and inviting dining rooms. The extensive menu makes choosing difficult, and the wine list is equally impressive. The owner is lovely, and the waiters and sommelier are all friendly and highly competent. Some of the staff are familiar faces, which suggests the workplace is a success. We gladly return at every opportunity. To anyone who complains or gives a low rating, usually due to personal issues, my advice is: just stay home!

A truly wonderful culinary experience at this lovely establishment! It had been years since my last visit, but what a joy to celebrate my birthday there. The meal was absolutely delicious, with a special mention for the trout ravioli! The service was pleasant and the atmosphere welcoming. All this at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Having come to deliver wine with a winemaker from Eguisheim on Friday, December 5th, we had reserved a table for lunch and were extremely impressed by the quality of the welcome, the service, the food, and the excellent wine list. We'll definitely be back.

If you're looking for traditional cuisine, this is the place to go. For me, it's in the top 5 restaurants in France.
