We came to eat this afternoon and we have absolutely no regrets. From the welcome to the service, the smile was present and what can we say about the sauerkraut apart from excellent. Brave to the kitchen and dining room team.

Very nice and good hotel in the middle of the vineyards along the "Route des vins", very close to the famous wine towns such as Riquewihr and Ribeauvillé with their beautiful half-timbered houses. Ideally located for visiting Colmar and Sélestat We could use the Alsace détente 3/4 formula. I would recommend the hotel

Beautiful address, we just had lunch today at the Au Riesling restaurant. Tasty and fair cuisine. Efficient service, good advice but nevertheless discreet. We discovered the place thanks to an invitation and nevertheless benefited from one of the best tables in the establishment. We will come back

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We were pleasantly surprised when we discovered the room. Everything was perfect. We were able to eat in the restaurant in the evening which was a real plus. The lunch buffet is very complete and varied. An excellent stay at the hotel

My first encounter with Hotel Au Riesling was not too bad. Very friendly hotel staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. A minor misunderstanding upon arrival was resolved immediately and expertly. Very tasty meals! Perhaps a point of attention for the future: adding a little variety to the breakfast buffet.

A stay at the Reisling with half board is even more pleasant. Friendly and attentive staff, a chef who delighted us at every dinner. See you next year. I recommend this hotel.

Dit is een tophotel met mooie ligging en uitvalsbasis. Zeer nette kamers en een rijkgevuld en zeer compleet ontbijt buffet ! Helaas was op onze overnachting dag het restaurant gesloten, maar ook dit zag er veelbelovend uit .

Nous connaissons le Riesling depuis 1985 ou nous y avions dormis plusieurs nuits . Nous y étions revenus en 2012 puis enfin , cette année pour un diner . Gros changements , la décoration a été complètement revue et modernisée , c'est un restaurant qui sait traverser le temps et s'adapter . La carte , elle aussi s'est modernisée . Les plats sont très bons , nous avions pris des plats à la carte pour tester le chef . Le service est lui aussi parfait , les employés sont au top . Dernière chose , il y a plusieurs salles , les clients venus en bus ( souvent bruyants ) sont mis dans une salle séparée , c'est vraiment très appréciable pour des couples désireux de passer une soirée tranquille .
