The room was very clean with a pleasant scent. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly. Perhaps they even managed to get me to the dessert buffet, which was also very nice, making for a very pleasant stay.

Four days half-board for a training course in Toulouse. The welcome, restaurant, and premises were very pleasant. Professional staff. Free parking. I highly recommend it.

18/04/2026: Mixed reception, very good and innovative cuisine, a good experience but a bit too expensive, but it will remain a good memory.
07/03/2026: It's not easy to give this restaurant a 100% glowing review… The couscous, which aims to be high-end, was served on a chipped plate, as was the bowl of vegetables… An extra €3 for semolina because the initial portion was too small! Yes, it's delicious, but a bit pricey! The main question: Will I go back? Well, no.

La Cale seche

03/05/2026: I highly recommend this bar, which offers a wide selection of rums (JM, Nesson, Barbancourt, Clément, Trois Rivières, La Favorite, etc.), both white and aged, as well as all kinds of other spirits. Ideally located in the center of Toulouse (a stone's throw from Place du Capitole), this bar welcomed me for two years, sometimes alone but very often with friends and colleagues. I can only recommend it for the atmosphere, the helpfulness, the great friendliness, and the genuine warmth of the entire team of top-notch servers! And a special mention for "Uncle," the security guard, who is fantastic! Thank you for these two wonderful years, La Cale Sèche!
28/03/2026: Discovered by chance thanks to my son, the atmosphere is great, the setting very original, and the service excellent. Go for it!!
