Quiet. Excellent welcome. Very good breakfast, except the orange juice could be improved. Very comfortable bed.

Difficult to find due to poor GPS location and unmarked entrance! The rest is perfect.

Following a reservation at the Première Classe hotel that didn't meet our expectations at all, we were redirected to the Campanile, which is managed by the same company. We would like to thank the Campanile staff for their responsiveness and the upgrade for our one-night stay. The comfort and breakfast lived up to our expectations. I recommend it. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and a small kettle with tea and coffee was provided. It was quiet. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Quiet Away from the city center Ideal for an overnight stop

Honestly, I chose this accommodation by default, but when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised: - The staff were incredibly kind, from morning till night, with genuine attentiveness and great politeness. - The building itself isn't much to look at, but the room was completely renovated and even had a bathtub, which was a nice surprise. The bedding was comfortable, and my room was clean. The only downside was the soundproofing; I could hear my neighbors, but I always sleep with earplugs, so I wasn't bothered. - Having arrived in an electric car, I was pleased to find that there were charging stations available. - Finally, the breakfast was simple but very good. Thank you to the team.

I spent a week at this hotel, a renovated former campanile. The bedding is good quality. The rooms are decent and air-conditioned. The breakfast is quite comprehensive. I have fond memories of my stay; the price is much lower than other hotels in the Niort industrial area.

Newly refurbished room so excellent value. No dimmer available Sunday but knew in advance so ate down the road at buffalo Grill for a reliable steak and chips menu. Breakfast buffet this morning was good too. Would visit here again for a nights rest
