Quite expensive. They fall short quite a bit in terms of efficiency and quality. They claim a high label, but the breakfast is rather simple; sometimes no yogurt is available... Maybe this is because it was the end of the season, but when charging such high prices, one should expect higher quality. The evening meals, however, were very well prepared. The staff comes across as stressed, which sometimes translates into unfriendliness.

Our third visit to Chalet Hugo and already booked for next year.
Thank you once again to Alex and the team for making our stay so magical. A big thank you to Mr Vito who went above and beyond to assist us in a time of need.
I really cannot recommend the Hotel Carlina, the Chalet, its team and its location enough.

A great base for ski in/out in La Plagne. Great service and lovely ambiance. Our room was a little on the small size for a family of four but the hotel was great.

We were there for eight nights. The staff is incredibly friendly: each morning we were greeted like old friends. The rooms are functional but cozy. The pool and the spa offer an amazing view on the surrounding mountains and the location is superb in the heart of the skiing area. We had a great stay.

A magnificent hotel with traditional and welcoming decor. The service is exceptional. I highly recommend it. Located right on the slopes, it features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a terrace with mountain views.
The staff is very welcoming and always happy to help. Thank you to Audrey and Anthéa.

We had a wonderful week in an apartment at Carlina Les Étincelles. The staff were truly exceptional: always welcoming, both to adults and children.
Moreover, the hotel is ideally located: right on the slopes between Belle Plagne and Bellecôte.
We received outstanding service: Oxygène delivers ski equipment directly to the lockers and also allows you to book lessons and lift passes at preferential rates.
We felt completely at home, and I highly recommend this place to any family or group of friends.

We spent the day at the Carlina and what service! Breakfast was delicious, the French toast is simply unbeatable. All the staff, from breakfast to reception and the spa girls, were so welcoming. Their attention to detail and kindness truly impressed us. This hotel really goes the extra mile for its guests. We had a wonderful time and plan to return! If you're looking for a welcoming place with fantastic staff, this is the place ☺️

Our fourth year at the Carlina and another excellent holiday. We stayed in the Acolie apartment which was generally good although the lack of en-suite bathrooms compared to the apartment we stayed in last year (Centauree) was a little disappointing. The food, service and facilities were excellent and we will definitely be back next year.

Great hotel with ski in and ski out. Hotel was lovely, staff were amazing and friendly and all the food was fantastic. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Parking on site is available but not cheap though.
A great week spent there and wouldn't hesitate to return if we went back to the resort to ski or even in summer.
