A friendly and warm welcome in a refined place where the “epicurean journey to Occitania” keeps all its promises. We highly recommend this restaurant, a real treat for the eyes and taste buds!!! Congratulations to the Chef and his team.

Superb discovery! I am vegetarian and the chef offered a complete menu perfectly prepared to accompany the menu chosen by my husband. All the dishes were perfect!

Wow, a real culinary journey, each dish is served, with a theme of which the chef and his team have the secret, but which is presented to us with passion, then arrives the moment where we delicately immerse our cutlery in this sublime French gastronomic presentation which sublimates our taste buds and....Wow Every moment is unique, really. All this in a beautiful atmosphere with very nice decoration. For lovers of exceptional gastronomy like me. I recommend it... Thank you very much to Maison Castet 😃

Excellent restaurant gastronomique, qui vaut bien des étoilés ! Finesse et qualité des plats, carte de vins raisonnable, gentillesse du personnel et une terrasse d'été très agréable. Seul bémol : l'éclairage des tables le soir qui mérite d'être amélioré pour profiter du travail de dressage des assiettes ! La meilleure table entre Toulouse et les Pyrénées !!!

Sans prétention, le chef vous fait voyager dans un superbe cadre. Le personnel est adorable, les goûts et la créativité sont la. Nous leur souhaitons de tout cœur de décrocher une étoile !
