It's always a great journey of flavors that this chef with a thousand surprises gives us. The proposition, dish/glass of wine pairing, is very successful and the sommelier makes no mistake. At lunchtime during the week, the 22€ formula is remarkable considering the services. The service and welcome is impeccable despite an insufficient number of servers for a slightly faster service (at lunchtime).

Romantic meal... Epicurean trip to Occitania...
We found a very charming place, with exceptional cuisine, the service was perfect and the sommelier provided very good advice.
Little favorite for the appetizer with the salmon and beetroot tartare & the creamy truffle polenta... but all the dishes were delicious!!
Thanks to the Maison Castet team, we had a great time.
Address to keep... We will return there for sure!
