Great time with my girls! Turkey ballotin with homemade fries and green salad to finish with a panna cota with homemade pear coulis, a pure treat!! Thank you, I will come back!!
In the small village of Monthou sur Bièvre, we are welcomed in a bright and charming setting with motley chairs and fabric napkins just like at home. (Former Grolle devotees will recognize a wink on the windowsill...)
A warm and humorous welcome accompanies rapid service with relevant dialogue on the food/wine pairing.
Local products are featured in tasty dishes in generous quantities. Also note a pretty presentation in beautiful dishes.
I enjoyed:
- a melon starter, hearty and light
- a perfectly cooked filet mignon accompanied by mashed potatoes and a very tasty mushroom sauce.
- a gourmet chocolate dessert with airy whipped cream
We enjoy the moment with background music interspersed with the laughter of Valentin and Sylvain.
The quality/price ratio is unbeatable.
In a word, a successful experience! I will come back...
Taken over since August 12, 2024. The restaurant has been tastefully renovated. Friendly, the meal is quality and plentiful for a reasonable price. We advise!
