My lover surprised me by inviting me on May 30th to Yohann CHAPUIS's Écrin. As the daughter of restaurateurs, I am particularly sensitive to the pleasures of a good table. And there I admit to having experienced an UNFORGETTABLE evening! It was an enchantment from the moment I entered this refined and elegant setting; passing by a table where each object is thought out, where each dish is a work of art, where the whole is a festival of flavors, colors and emotions; until our departure and the simplicity of our exchange with Stéphanie and Yohann Chapuis. I struggle to find the words adapted to the accuracy of what they offer and make their guests discover. Thank you both so much for this extraordinary journey to the heart of your setting.

Michelin mentioned, just below 1-star, we had a delicious lunch. Service was very good restaurant is modern a little bit sparse but located in a very old or ancient building. Is Andre was very tasty and the wine selection was very good.
