A restaurant and dishes that deserve far more than one Michelin star!

It's a shame we can't give more than 5 stars... A fabulous restaurant in every respect: the choice of flavor combinations, the presentation, the quality of the service. A truly well-deserved Michelin star!

A wonderful discovery, as beautiful as it is delicious.

Delicious, refined dishes. We took the menu écrin (130 e pp). The chef's preference for smoky flavors was present frequently, without being overpowering. The pigeon as the main course really stood out. Service was distant/a bit mechanical, with the exception of the sommelier! An impressive wine list made choosing the wine challenging. We succeeded 🫣.

Perfect cuisine, cooking, pairings and ingredients. Excellent desserts, light and fragrant, affordable wines, very good advice from the sommeliers, superb tableware, very friendly service, an excellent experience!

We dined last night at L'Ecrin restaurant. We had a wonderful time: everything was perfect. A professional and attentive welcome, impeccable service, and of course, highly creative cuisine with perfectly balanced flavors. A true pleasure for both the palate and the eyes, thanks to the beautiful presentation of the dishes. We particularly recommend the pearly langoustine with Oscietra caviar and especially the Bresse chicken cooked in a spatchcock style.

A wonderful experience! I've dined at several Michelin-starred restaurants, and I think this one will definitely be in my top 10. The welcome was perfect, the service impeccable, and the food was truly delightful. We opted for the wine pairing, and again, it was excellent. I think we'll be back.
