During our hike on the Cap de la Hague (trail 5), we stopped at this hotel-restaurant for a drink and a bit of a break. The place, like the village itself, invites tranquility and quiet conversation, a welcome respite from the heatwave, which is rather limited in the Manche region.

03/07/2026: Great restaurant, friendly staff, and very approachable owners. The cuisine is very refined and full of surprising flavors in a place where you quickly feel at ease. Motorcyclists, don't hesitate to stop by, as we did. (The owners are also bikers ✌🏼). X and F.
01/07/2026: Attention Sunday hikers: if you're stopping on the GR223 in Auderville on Sunday and don't have a vehicle, I think it's essential to book a restaurant reservation on Friday or Saturday, otherwise you risk not being able to eat after 22 km. Without the generosity of the bed and breakfast that welcomed us for the night and provided us with some food, we would have gone to bed hungry.
