Excellent cuisine. Tastes, colors, and aromas. Bravo! We came on the recommendation of a friend. She was absolutely right to tell us it was well worth the trip.

The flavors are always spot on. A restaurant tucked away at the ends of the earth. Top-notch.

Hotel Restaurant de la Hague

04/07/2026: During our hike on the Cap de la Hague (trail 5), we stopped at this hotel-restaurant for a drink and a bit of a break. The place, like the village itself, invites tranquility and quiet conversation, a welcome respite from the heatwave, which is rather limited in the Manche region.
