The best all-you-can-eat fried carp and perch I've ever had—not dry at all, perfectly coated in breadcrumbs, with a delicious fishy flavor—absolutely perfect.
Despite the restaurant being packed on a Saturday night, there was a high table available (very comfortable), and we were served very quickly. We had a fresh green salad with a very good dressing and delicious fries (nice and thick, perhaps homemade).
Despite the restaurant being crowded and the time of day, the waitress was very attentive and efficient, smiling, genuinely kind, and very professional. The same goes for the manager.
In the children's menu, the surprise frozen dessert was very original and fun: a plastic cow that you open to discover vanilla ice cream. It makes a lovely little gift and souvenir to take home, which can be reused as a toy, decoration, or small piggy bank.
The gourmet coffee was fantastic (crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, piña cotta, chocolate fondant).
The restaurant has a simple and modern color scheme and is very quiet! In any case, from where we were seated, we could hear each other talk and felt comfortable, and I found all the tables well-arranged, respecting everyone's privacy.
Top-notch from start to finish, I can't wait to come back and enjoy the terrace (covered, with a lovely view overlooking the Doubs River and small green spaces).
