We stayed at the Hotel de La Plage for one night, with dinner and breakfast. The staff are lovely and helpful, and the dinner was excellent and plentiful! The flavors were really well crafted, the cooking perfect and the products fresh. The decoration is warm and very pretty, especially in the common areas (restaurant, bar and reception). In the room only the bathroom and toilets were a little dated. The situation is sublime! We highly recommend this place.

Très bel établissement avec vue sur mer, je recommande à 100%. La salle pour les repas et petits déjeuners ainsi que le bar ont toutes vue sur la mer. Nous avons eu la « chance » d’assister à une tempête au chaud, au bar, avec un petit thé et devant un feu de cheminée, c’était top. Le personnel est très gentil, nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une très jolie chambres avec double vue sur la mer et sur la lande. L’hôtel est complètement isolé, il n’y a pas un bruit à part la mer. Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner ou nous nous sommes régalés.

Only had a beer there BUT the waiter was extremely friendly. The location is amazing, beautiful beach with adjacent woods , we even saw a seal chilling there today . Beautiful bay and defo worth a visist

11/11/2023: Particularly unpleasant atmosphere, we were there for a wedding, at 11 a.m., the staff started to clear the tables, we had to hold our glasses so as not to have them removed, they went so far as to remove the tablecloths and in the face of our disapproval “That’s how it is” we were told. The next day at noon a brunch was planned, we were treated to particularly hard stale bread, probably leftovers from the restaurant. The icing on the cake was that the boss demanded payment for the service in the event of cancellation due to the storm and the risk of a power cut. We were ready to make him listen to reason. To cross out projects.
11/10/2023: Un lieu étonnant dommage que la porte du manoir ait été close et le restaurant fermé le soir où nous avons dormi à l hôtel. Nous aurions apprécié pouvoir au moins prendre une verre ou trouver des bouteilles d eau dans la chambre...

25/09/2023: In this boring place, there is a Breton creperie, here they mainly serve buckwheat galettes, particularly good, and really very inexpensive, the cider is drunk out of thick handle cups, there is a large selection and many people also take the galettes home without filling, very fast service, and a very friendly but resolute Breton owner! It's worth it, only open at lunchtime!
