The service is attentive, professional, and pleasantly understated. The cuisine is particularly impressive: precise, creative, and consistently of a high standard, accompanied by an excellent wine list. An exceptional moment overlooking the sea This restaurant is one I wholeheartedly recommend. The setting is simply magical, with an incredible view of the horizon, offering a serene and timeless atmosphere. The welcome is one of the establishment's strong points: the staff is very friendly and helpful, providing impeccable service while remaining very attentive. On the plate, finesse is the order of the day, with refined dishes that perfectly showcase local and seasonal produce. It's the ideal place for lunch or dinner for two, whether to punctuate a stroll on the adjacent beach or simply to treat yourself to a delicious and high-quality experience. We were upgraded, a lovely surprise upon arrival, thank you! 👍 It's a shame the hammam wasn't ready for opening the next day... the hotel service was a little below what one expects from a Relais & Châteaux, but the restaurant was excellent. The hammam and sauna were new and very understated. The meal was divine.

An exceptional weekend at this magnificent establishment. The staff were incredibly kind, with special mention to the head waiter who was always attentive to our needs... always offering excellent advice, everything was absolutely perfect!!! 28/04/2026: A true gem ❤️ The Manoir de Moëllien is an exceptional place, truly unlike anything else you'll find. You feel like you're in the middle of the countryside, with fresh air and an authentic atmosphere, almost like a gentle farm scent that instantly soothes you. The manor has been superbly restored: everything is perfectly insulated, even in April you don't feel any chill in the walls. The spaces are bright and welcoming, and the whole place has been designed with great care. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, modern, very well-equipped, and above all, very ergonomic with plenty of storage. The heating works perfectly, everything is brand new, and the coffee machine is a real bonus. The service is impeccable: whether at reception or with the housekeeping staff, everyone is attentive, smiling, and goes the extra mile. They are always ready to help, offering water, coffee, tea, or changing towels with kindness. The food is simply excellent: quality ingredients, incredibly tender meat… a true delight. It's hard not to fall in love with this place. We already want to come back.
22/12/2025: We absolutely fell in love with this magnificent manor house. The grand upstairs room, with its stone walls, exposed beams, and grand fireplace, is simply sublime. The fire lit during the secular ceremony and cocktail hour created a magical and timeless atmosphere. The team was exceptional: professional, discreet, and incredibly attentive to my husband and me. We felt supported and pampered from beginning to end. A special thank you to Léa for her availability, attentiveness, and kindness throughout the preparations. Communication was smooth and reassuring, allowing us to approach the day with complete peace of mind. The meal was delicious, and our guests were delighted, both by the quality of the food and the beauty of the venue. The greatest gift for us was being able to relax and enjoy the entire evening without a care in the world, savoring every moment. Thank you so much to Cyrille and his entire team. Thanks to you, our wedding was even more magical ✨💖
